lol u don't understand...i'm not debating that, its just that even some of the most logical sports fans fail to notice is that what mj did was ALL FUNDAMENTALS...fadeaways in the post, paying more attention to defense, just to name a few...the truth is, is that if kobe was 6'2...and doing what he was doing WE (not me though) wouldn't compare him to mj..its cuz he's the same height as mj doing what mj did which is basketball 101

No. I'll have to stop you. A fadeaway turn around shot is not a fundamental shot. Those are shots that were not seen before MJ. Do your research. A lean back off one leg fading back is in no way shape or form a fundamental shot. I've attended too many reputable camps and was coached by Jeff Hornacek in 5 star..camp..in 1997 in Boston, he even said it MJ just makes difficult shots. Now his feet movement, fakes, triple threats those are basic fundamentals. And there u go with the "ifs" lol

Like seriously dude is not hard to notice that . Kobe is phenomenal but the fact of the matter is that his post moves are all owned by MJ. His jumpshots are all MJs moves. The pump fake going left..lol yeah MJ did that. Not to say that others did not do it, but MJ mastered it off the dribble penetration. When you have a chance look at the1993 NBA finals against Phoenix, look observe closely watch the entire game and please observe MJ and how he moves and his fakes and foot work. Immaculate.

the problem is that the nba world worship mj to the point in which nothing he ever did was copied although they were (just mastered) to the point that mj has no bones in his closet although he cheated on his wife and had a huge gambling problem,to the point that no1 can even be great without be called a copy cat, lebron james don't do what mj did and he's called limited because of his inability to score in all situations,kobe is limitless and he's a copy cat,so he should settle for being limited

BZOE, no matter how you slice it MJ is the better player...is not a matter of opinion is a fact.period. You must of never really watched him play to witness greatness on both ends of the floor. MJ even said him self on a 60 minute interview, they asked him if there is anyone that awes him, and he simply said no. The only player that stuck out to him was magic -

you don't seem to get it..lol. There might of been good players before MJ..and that I admit. But what MJ did was unfair to the league, of how good he was. Like the reason he gets hyped is not because he's cute lol. Is because the man works harder and is cold as they come..and no one had ever seen what he did before with such consistency...and he just kept getting better and better and better. Kobe has not done something I haven't already seen MJ do. Diff is MJ did it but better. Sorry kid

Not only better, but he was smooth and had flair in his game...What Michael Jackson did to pop music is what MJ did to the NBA. Like James Brown was good but Michael Jackson was light years ahead, Dr. J was good but Michael Jordan was light years ahead. You get the analogies I'm making? When I was younger like 7 (1989) or so I asked my self the same questions, why is everyone sweating MJ...back then I loved magic, but then I started paying attention and was like this mj guy is good as fuck!
