Some drivers take a chance...the ones I know that have flipped trucks in bad weather, got fined and or fired...they dont take chances anymore...since whatever u do in a truck also effects ur personal car insurance
I've never driven anywhere before where they have gates to close the onramps. Oh, well, if you don't like the weather, just wait, it'll change, or better yet, leave!
