the problem with this show is that the treat the kids as if they are professional adult actors. Just because they are on broadway doesn't make them ready to be treated as pros, if any of these girls were starting out as adults, they'd have turned out fine, but at that age they aren't prepared for it.
@sweeney60 Its because they are professionals. When you're on broadway you are a professional and they expect you to act like one. And while I'm sure its devastating to be fired, Its show business and they got their fifteen minutes of fame.
A lot of people talk about how someone needs to give her a break...She has had an album out on a major label. She's had major artists cover songs she's written. I don't feel THAT bad for her.
And I'm sure it was devastating to be fired, but that didn't stop people around her from making her re-live it by putting her on display on talk show after talk show. If the same thing had been done to an adult performer, no one would have cared.
