Gas station convenience stores all over sell drug paraphenalia like this. I've seen little glass pipes with metal screen filters inside and flower graphics on the outside posing as small vases called stems being sold at various NJ locations. I think a few of them in urban areas aren't allowed to sell them anymore, but it probably still goes on.

@lamiac2411 The shop I buy my tobacco at sells glass pipes. As long as they don't call it a weed/crack pipe, then it's perfectly legal. Glass pipes do have legal uses. I have one I got specifically for smoking tobacco. Didn't work out as well as I had hoped though. There are also plenty of legal herbs out there.

It's now illegal to sell or posses. Most people will just go good now these kids have nothing to get high with.
