I spotted a 1955 Chevy as well as a 58. I also saw a 56 or 57 Ford this ain't from '48. We're talking 58-59 maybe '60.

I don't know about the cars, but the bikes look pretty modern to me for '48. Not that I'm an expert at that.

A lot of bicycle technology of today existed 100 years ago (i.e. patents for front fork-shocks existed 100 years ago). Modern bikes have refined the technology a bit, and make use of different materials.

This is funk, but it's certainly later than 1948. The automobiles are far too modern for that date.
