HELP!!!!!

i normally get football manager every 3 years (got 07-10 and was planning on waiting next season) because there is a massive difference between each one when i wait, same goes for fifa.

however im thinking about getting it this year as it is on offer for £20 and look like alot of stuff has been added compared to other.

shall i get it? please tell me and why because im persuaded but i don't want to buy one when im fair far on my current one on fm10

Hazard would be such a great transfer. Unfortunately he is very expensive indeed so I can see how it's difficult to realize. Hopefully you can get some money for Arshavin in the next possible transfer window and use it to get Hazard with some delay, but let's see how things go in the league first. Good luck!

you could just try and sign some free players, to at least add some depht to the team. It also doesn't hurt to stay alert to other club's transfers, sometimes clubs with equal statures try to sign some very interesting players, sometimes for free, and you can just "steal" them.
