for the toolbar, rightclick the task bar, (the bar that has the start button, it should be at the very bottom of ur screen) and unlock it, move it up and go from there.

or you can go to task manager then end process explorer.exe

this will erase everything from the screen except the bacground... all you need to do to fix it is CTRL>ALT>DELETE (task manager) and then select FILE>NEW TASK then enter explorer.exe... and there you go... bak to normal =]]]

that was terrible! the best was to do it... is do the print screen thingy, then go into task manager, then end 'explore.exe' then it looks frozen and the icons dont work! TO GET YOUR COMPUTER back 2 normal click on 'run task' and type in 'explore.exe' EASY! make a video about this!
