I live on Finaghy Rd North, I know what the end of the video entails - Anne Maguire's children are ran over, whilst out walking by an IRA getaway car, killing 3 of 4, and their mother Anne later committed suicide. Their aunt Mairead Corrigan started the initiative the 'Peace People' to combat the sectarian violence and is the youngest recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize. I still see flowers pinned to the railings today.
It's just very sad that people like you have a very one sided view on things and a great shame that you are always so angry in your comments but that's issues you have to deal with as an individual I do feel you need to vent this in a more professional setting. Good luck with that no doubt you will have a comment to make but I will not be wasting anymore of my time corresponding with you.
@ajjsn77 Its very very sad you have to dismiss people who have different views as in need of professional help. I am only an angry person when it comes to the great injustices around the world and in my own country such as its centuries long occupation. If you are looking for a closed mind you might want to look at little closer to home.

@OisinGD See how angry you are, your true side is coming out very clear in your comments.Truth hurts. I know I wasnt going to comment again, but sure what the hell I might as well.I think your the sort of person who has a lot of issues to deal with as I have previously stated, get the help you need and you will become a better person for it .The world is full of injustices but you alone will not change that ,and we cant change the past unfortunately, I dont think I will just piss off yet,Thanks.
you're not wrong your view is very clear.I think you will find your views are very blinkered or you have a very poor memory. I think you should read all your past comments and i think you will find I have plenty to back it up.You're very good at reading the wrong meaning of others comments. I don't suffer from blind arrogance thankfully but I do have a commonsense approach to these issues which is something you lack.
a MAN DIED it is people like you that cant move on from the mistakes of the past. I know catholics had a hard time here years ago but at the end of he day we all have to live together whether people like you like it or not.
@ajjsn77 A man who was the british representative in ireland, a portion of which was occupied by the british army. There was a war on. He knew the dangers.
Of course we have to live together. Thats not the point, moving on doesnt mean forgetting the past. Ewart Biggs was legitimate target and shows the IRA for what they were an anti imperialist army at war with Britain not the bullshit spread abotu them.
@OisinGD .I know there were dangers and a war on. I never said forget the past. I did say we have to move on from the mistakes of the past and obviously you're an ira supporter and that's you're right but I think you are forgetting that there's always 2 sides to every story. The only way we can move on from the past is to respect all traditions. Don't forget it was a protestant who helped to start up the civil rights movement in ni but i'm also aware all traditions need equal rights
@ajjsn77 I do respect all traditions but I have very little respect for the political ideology of unionism. I'm not a catholic and I have less respect for catholicism than most religions. Where do I say anything about protestantism, maybe you should try to understand my views better before you begin to lecture.
@ajjsn77 so you have little respect for the political ideology of unionism, but you will find that all parties in ni strive for political ideology and in relation to protestantism, I didnt say you mentioned it but I thought you might like to learn this for future reference.I am trying to understand your views,I was not lecturing but I do wish you would listen to others views and not have a blinkered viewpoint .
@ajjsn77 My view is clear but that does not make me blinkered and you have nothing to back that up. You are blinkered as you believe people who disagree with you know nothing, I am rarely guilty of such blind arrogance thankfully.
He was a representative of the British state who was swanning it up in the south of Ireland while their army occupied the north.
The assasination came at a time of increased loyalist death squad activities, these squads who murdered any nationalist they came across were armed, and supported by British intelligence and the British army.
it does not. The loyalist death squads were brit intel backed gangs who murder innocent non combatants simply for being in the wrong area or being a nationalist, like Pat Finucane, Rosemary Nelson, the rising sun massacre, greysteel and many more. Ewart biggs was representative of the British government that funded these activities and was perpetrating the injustice of partition and occupation in Ireland.
The IRA were armed Irish people defending their country and their communities. They had a right to do this. The british government has no right to be Ireland.
Why was Ewart Biggs a target? Was he outspoken against republicans? (His Wiki page is very limited)

Two wrongs dont make a right OisinGD. It makes you as bad as the "Loyalist death squads" you mention.
