Well, that has to do with the fact that running into a wall (in this case the edge of the level) cancels the side B. Then he just jumped after that.

with a DACUS (Dash Attack Canceled Up Smash). It allows the character to use an up smash that can be charged while dashing. It differs from simply using an up smash while dashing in that the character can glide, depending on how far it can go in its dash attack, I think. For example, Snake travels far in his dash attack and can glide quite far with his DACUS.

I've actually faced Hylian's falco before with my TL. I got chaingrabed the same way Lee did on EVERY stock. I'm hoping that watching a bunch of his vids will give me a better idea of how to fight him, cuz I just might be on a regular basis now... we're both part of the same smash club at UT Austin.

I guess the chaingrab isn't all that effective with Falco, but man I wish stuff like that didn't even exist. How fun is it really to take 60 damage without being able to do anything? How fun is it to master the button commands to be able to do that? Seems very robotic and kind of ruins some of the mind games possible in Brawl when you can do these sorts of things.

Hmmm... See the first stock? Hylian's chaingrab to spike did 45 damage, plus he didn't hang on at the end for a stock since it was a friendly. Now see Lee's combo right after that? He did a dair to Usmash and did 46 damage. Both combos do lots of damage, are hard to escape, are significant damage rackers for both characters, and only work on lower percentages. Get over it.

Don't make foolish comparisons like that arghive. Ganondorf has long delays and almost no combo potential hence the reason why his moves do high %. If you compare them in that manner than you could say Ganondorf is high tier too couldn't you?

That's not my point. I'm saying that chaingrabbing's just another tactic that deals damage. Chaingrabbing makes up a big part of Falco's game, and ignoring it in a match is like Snake ignoring his f-tilt.

Everytime I try to actually attack someone with it I win up fastfalling it on accident. And yet, when I try to hit them when they're on the edge with it, I auto cancel it...

Hold down, short hop, and slide your finger from your jump button to A, all while holding down. You can nearly always follow this with an Usmash at lower percents.

A 5 chain grab can only be done from 0%,and deals 45% with no smash ability whatsoever. hardly what I'd call "cheap"
