  • lol *ding* *dang* *dong*

  • 3 round reload that shits on a modern 40 ml , i think the australian cops are trialing these things i reckon the army should have them already .

  • I like how the report from firing each grenade is a slightly different pitch as each round is fired from a different barrel length.

  • THANK GOD FOR REDNECKS!!

  • @iidontknowk They're Australian you fucking moronic piece of shit American scum dog. Don't you have an economy to salvage, cunt?

  • @BlackIndigenousPosse it is attached to an american weapon you know this dont ya

  • hey fpsrussia?

  • Don't get any ideas, Infinity Ward...

  • i love my weapons era

  • Some facts

1-Electronics and fire weapons don't mix well, in real wear and tare, war scenarios.

2-EMP blast, your Future gun turns into a clumsy club.

3-We all seen photos of misfiring weapons, with jus t 1 shot; A misfire on the back cartridge of that ammo pile, instant Claymore blast.

  • @EdgarInventor not only is the emp blast going to mke your 'future gun' useless, first its got to 'electrically' spend all those rounds into whatever the gun is pointed at....

  • @EdgarInventor Think about these points :D

    2. Adding a backup firing set much similiar to a piezo electric striker would fix that problem.

    3. Misfires will happen from time to time but it all depends on quality control.

  • Comment removed

  • @EdgarInventor Thanks for the reply,

On that note, I sort of catch your drift... You think I should patent the idea of piezo electric trigger? What about building it? Because that might be a problem, a big problem. I live in Australia so making a electrically fired gun even if it is blanks, is very illegal! :) On top of that I have not got the resources to build such a prototype...

    Regards,

    mentalone

  • @mentalone1995 There are provisions for making Gun Prototypes, and filing Gun Patents, even in Gun Prohibition Countries like yous and mine... They involve getting a State legal Gun Maker's Diploma. Or getting some Gun Maker to make the Prototype, all legal, etc.

Or just get the Specs on electric spark Gun ignition elsewhere, and make a Prototype just for Piezo Ignition at those specs. "this device sparks at n Ohms x Volts, " etc

  • @EdgarInventor I'll look into it, but like I said, I lack the resources (money) for the whole patent thing.

  • tink, tank, tonk sounds good im diggin it

  • if your gonna fire semi auto so rapidly why not just swich to the full auto/burst mode?

  • @TheAlexagius Because real life isn't a video game.

  • @MsSloppyseconds that isn't really a reason if you want to shot quickly you can use the full auto mode on a gun, if its an m16 it has that feature why not use it if your not going to shoots acuratly on semi auto then there is no point

  • 40 mm ow much weight does it add?

  • 0:05-0:26 normal weapon, 0:45-1:05 pack-a-punched weapon

  • omg just put the frekin handle in the middle and you can use it both as a stabilizer for the rifle and a trigger for the frekin launcher. just keep your finger off the trigger when firing the m16.

then the weight of the launchr won't matter as much because its easier to hold.

  • come on man let me have a turn!

  • too much weight in the front...! tree grenade is too much and the launcher is too huge...in my personal opinion this thing is totally gay

  • hes not in the army cuz he noobtubes alot :(

  • @karpovonfire

Real life is not a videogame.

  • wait im confused, does this use standard 40mm? or custom ones designed for this launcher?

because normal 40mm leave a casing behind that needs to be removed after every shot.

so how does this remove the casing prior to the next launch, thus stopping the next round hitting the metal casing?

  • @airsoftmanic Metal storm is an Australian company that became world known for making the worlds fastest projectile firing weapons. They have there own type of ammo for use in there products, the 40mm rounds used for this GLA are metal storm rounds and are like all other metal storm ammo, it is caseless and is fired by electronic means.

  • @HONORGUARD308 thanks, it just looked like he was loading standard 40mm rounds.

could see this kicking off if the ammunition is easy and cheap to make.

  • @HaloWarlord117117: Noob stormer XDXDXD

  • I'm curious what software for editing you used to add the titles and backgrounds for it at this video begining?

  • if you want some design ideas, let me know, i have some thoughts in my head that will make that system unstoppable and simple to use... no hand moving and adjusting.

  • First instance of the metal storm tech I've seen that looks even remotely useful, still concerned about the firing mechanism for it though. One little misfire and those stored rounds are going off, not sure I like electronic firing on a field use weapon.

  • @stathamajf Nah, if it is accidentally skipped due to glitch, just press on the trigger again and it will shot both grenades.

  • @PivotXL1 Oh well that's just fine, it'll fire two grenades at once...using the firings mechanism for one of them...which will probably end in inaccuracy at the very least. Sorry but I'm not sure (as someone trying to join the army) how comfortable I am with this, sure it's handy (unlike every other metal storm application I've seen, this could be useful) but I worry about the reliability, electrical circuits are fragile and the front of the barrel is of course open.

  • @stathamajf Well, the mechanism is in the handle, it's very very small so it's not much of a target. Also, it's not how good it is now that matters, it's what it can accomplish in the future. A perfected version of this kind of weapon can really turn the tide.

  • @PivotXL1 and the circuit that triggers firing must involve exposed points in the barrel for contact, sand is common in many warzones today and does all kinds of stuff to electronics. as to a perfected version, this is a specific idea, possibly useful but I'm unsure, I assume you mean for this to be part of some better weapon but...what tide precisely?

Honestly as useful as this seems it's either overkill or money that could be spent on helping keep peace going between advanced forces.

  • @stathamajf By "Tide" I meant any other confrontation we might encounter. And nothing is perfect, you can't expect to have a product with no problems.

  • @PivotXL1 Fine, and I agree that nothing is perfect. But your damn right I expect a military use weapon to have no problems, and militery use is literally the only reason for a thing like this.

  • @stathamajf I understand but you must remember that this is still early tech. Just wait until it reaches the understanding of modern guns. Maybe even more limitations can be removed until you have a near perfect weapon.

  • @PivotXL1 Doesn't seem like early tech stuff to me, by the marketting and so forth this seems more like people are trying to start selling them soon, this vid is a year old and seems to be a fully working grenade launcher.

This would not be the first thing to be bought by defence branches around the world and turn out to be useless or worse. The number of people geeking out about the firepower and ammo volume of this as though those were good things is similarly worrying. Resupply can't be fun.

  • Greeeeeeeaaat. Now it’s even MORE of a noob tube.

  • Yeah watch that fucking thing explode on you your first time out. Fuck that shit.

  • I'd mount that to my car

  • thats a bIG asS noOOb tUbe

  • it looks like.... cheating XD

  • Who needs this kind of crap? All you need is a bolt action rifle and some hand grenades.

  • @aCagedApe

    Translation:

I can realisticly jump off a building spin around 360 degrees and blast you in the face while looking through my scope just for a split second before i land and prone instantly to kill your friend. Afterwards get blasted by a .50 cal weapon to just lay down and pull out my pistol right in time for you to respawn beside me.

  • Wait, So does it fire The empty Shell?

  • @dzsk8r metal storm works by firing its entire round theres no casing involved

  • @fatmanpizza Okay i thought it fired Regular 40mm grenades...

  • @dzsk8r Truly Caseless rounds. Metal Storm is the future of projectile weapons. Look up Metal Storm and do a lil research... You wont be sorry you did if you enjoy the epicness of total domination at the tips of your fingers lol. Look up "Metal Storm 40mm" in youtube or Areal Denial System Metal Storm. Thats some bad shit right there...

  • what teh fuk?! no explosins?! baaaaaaad

  • @Dichtsau In movies all grenades explode with about 5 gallons of gasoline inside them, in real life training grenades leave a paint mark and perhaps these experimental rounds are just inert.

  • @Dichtsau

    Translation:

This video lacks the wanton destruction I desire. I shall therefore attempt to discredit it by insult, despite my limited capacity for grammar.

  • @GodOfQwerty ...what? translation? wth...?!

  • @Dichtsau Your comment appeared very stupid. I made a more intelligent version, for those who don't want to bother figuring out exactly what you said.

  • @GodOfQwerty ohh okay^^ for then, i'm sorry for having been angry ;)

  • @Dichtsau That's life. It happens to everyone.

  • This is a good idea that the whole grenade flies out of the barrel unlike the M203. No casing left in the launcher. Russians have that in GP-25/30/34 except those are single round launchers and can't load several grenades at once.

  • remember COD4

  • Damn fully loaded i bet that thing has some serious heft to it.

  • pray this doesnt get into mw3

  • Noob tube!

  • @Cstroh105 no its called opening up a can of whoopass.

  • Wow this is scary as an underslung.

  • Hopefully FpsRussia doesnt see this

  • ready for zombies

  • wonder if thos his possible shoot both of them at same time :-)

  • Gernade Launcher didnt explode

  • Aussie made too

  • hey what the fuck, there was no explosion when he shot the GL??

  • @cheese12368 You are normally not allowed to shoot HE on a rifle range. I am guessing these are practice rounds.

  • This noobtuber hacks !

  • They edited out the crane cable holding it in place!

  • wait so it shoots bullets and grenades at the same time...........

  • @ralphy329 which means war is becoming like gaming, who wants to fire them at the same time except gamers?

  • Dear Infinity Ward...

  • @meta9125 Dummy rounds

  • I wonder how heavy that is?

  • why is there no explosion?!

  • plup... plop... ploep...

  • I think this should beat out the M320 in the M203 replacement program. It has all the benefits of the M320 but with 3 shots.

  • TRIPLE NOOB TUBE DANGER CLOSE SCAVENGER MAYHEM!!!

  • move the handle on the under barrel to a grip position so you dont have to take your hand off at any point. makes more of a speed weapon at that point.

  • @scubadaveojr

Exactly what I was thinking. Why would they angle the grip like that, negating the opportunity to use it as a front grip?

  • I'd love to have one of these heavy ass motherfuckers

  • How come I didn't see any boom boom at 1:17 ???? :(

  • @mad6155 Blanks. Namely becaus eif this were to screw up, you wouldn't want a live 40mm grenade round stuck in the barrel.

  • @halo07guy2 So the grenades are blanks I get it >,<

  • EPIC NOOB TUBE FOR ALL YOU NOOBS THAT CANT KILL WITH BULLETS

  • @creeper49 It is meant for real life... :D

  • @GortosXtreme i was talking about call of duty, noob toobs are annoying!

  • @creeper49 And I was saying that this video is about real life.

  • @GortosXtreme well no shit sherlock!

  • @GortosXtreme i dont care what you were saying

  • @creeper49 who the hell came up with the term "Noob Toobs"Thats sounds retarded.

Anyway this granade Launcher kicks ass. 3 grandes at a time.

  • @hecrpd Now its a pro-pipe ;)

  • i love how you know how much ammo is left by the sound it makes.

  • definitely cool, but it looks pretty heavy

  • if infinity ward sees this, puts it in MW3, its gonna be nubetubers galore with this fucking thing.

  • @t0nes08 There is no such thing as, "Unjammable." Every machine has it's limits, and firearms such as this are built to exacting tolerances. This device can and will fail at some point if the right circumstances are introduced. Do you not remember what they said about the M16A1? They said it never had to be cleaned and wouldn't jam either. Look what happened there.

  • Screw survival, this makes you a noob in real life.

  • @PKFlashBeta lol, armies are all so cheap, they camp, use explosives, and vehicle whore too, /ragequit bs

  • @zvermilion And let's not even START on the noob tubing terrorists without any skill whatsoever. They hardly kill any soldiers without their RPGs...

  • @t0nes08 what about some dirt (not much) making the electic contakt to trigger impossible?

or a small amount of oil, eg. from the cleaning of the gun?

"unjamable" is about the most stupid thing u can say about this metal strom shit

    what do u think?

why i no army in the word using stuff like this?

  • couldnt the shorter barrel for the 1st few rounds possibly effect the accuracy? (not in the 40mm but in the handgun and rifle versions)

  • @ELITEWAFFLES9 sure

    shorter barrel -> less range

in all 3 shots u have to aim again (lower, as the later ones have more range)

  • awkward situation where your face is blown off, a simple handslide is all it takes ;D

  • A simple hand slide is all it takes.... Thats what she said.

  • i hope it have the airsoft version......

  • way too heavy

  • two words: noob tube

  • i hope infinity ward doesnt see this

  • @HaloWarlord117117 I sure hope they do!

  • @HaloWarlord117117 i like noobtubes,but not rapidfire ones :|

  • @HaloWarlord117117 i hope they do see it O_o

  • first round jams on that 203 and your fucked

  • @getsomeanthrax cant really jam....and if it does...the second will push it out.....not detonating the first....

  • Ergonomics, mate! The trigger and safety for the launcher should be fitted onto the front handguard, not a separate pistol grip & trigger. That way there is no transition needed, hand positions need never change to alternate between modes. Right hand fires rifle, left hand fires launcher. Frickin' duh.

  • And who says the Aussies don't know how tO kick ass

  • @roadwolf2 over compensating you mean?

  • @roadwolf2 No one did, faggot.

  • my only question is how did they solve the issue of casings being in the barrel as they fire each shell.

  • @Lonewolf6565 Since it says metal storm, that means that they're probably fired electronically, and caseless with only a propellant packet that disintegrates when fired, and the projectile. Look as he loads it and you might be able to see.

  • where can i get this m16 and grenade launcher!?

  • @Rare387 idk, i bet walmart has a section for it

  • aww man now they made noob tubes in the real world now , and i thought people in cod never stop crying about it, now we have to deal with people bitching in heaven and hell about grenades launcher...lol XD

  • @Darkness19Z You seriously mean you didnt know about grenade launchers before CoD?

  • @MrWowyourcooll oh i knew, im just saying

  • Noob tube

  • slight fatal flaw is the sound, the enemy will be able to count how many nades u have just because firing each one is distinct and predictable...kinda how nazi's knew American's were outta ammo everytime they heard a "ping" from when their M1 Garand tossed the cartridge on the ground.

  • Love the pitch change in the 3 40mm getting fired off

  • @TaulPaul89 Yep,probably the last round is going a bit faster and further than the first

  • You can use this weapon in Battlefield Play4free and its the most destructive weapon there! I love it^^

  • If that Grenade Launcher really works, Alan "Dutch" Schafer would be Proud!

  • omg think if this was in cod. that would be some f***ed up $h1t right there

  • How the bloody hell did you get that in Aus? I live in Aus (Victoria) and we're not even allowed Airsoft guns..

  • lol, g launchers are legal, but uhhh, (It's not worth going through the regulations to get one) you have to be administered by the BATFE, take several courses, pay extra taxes, and expecially (be granted a license by the Federal Gov.) + stamp) in which you better have a good reason why you're getting one, in order to get the license.

  • dear santa i will be a good boy the rest of my life if u will give me an m16 with a metal storm 3gl for crhistmas

  • this configuration for the grenade launcher is PERFECT! i dont get how metal storm would change the m16, maybe reduce jamming?

  • dear santa............

  • how does that grenade launcher work

  • @ManicMike26 it's just a round plus powder no shell, it's fired with an electrical charge so no firing pin needed

  • There's no such thing as too much extra firepower slung under the rifle.

Load 'em up, whack selectable air burst or point detonating fuses in 'em. Now that's an assault rifle.

  • those A3 handguards are sexy as hell

  • i don't even see it leave the barrel D:

  • HOLY BALLS!

  • cool

  • The new version of the 3gl is smaller, and in my opinion looks cooler :D

  • @KingCosmo7 Yeah I saw it. Looks much better, and is smaller.

  • Too late, Tony Montana should've used this...

  • where'd the plane from 00:13 land ?

  • i wonder how the accuracy or zero changes since your barrel is basically getting longer after every shot.

  • @TimeForGoodCleanFun

It's a 40mm grenade, why the fuck does it matter how accurate it is? If it's accurate enough to get within 20 feet of something, it's gonna blow that something up.

  • The technology of noob tubing has advanced.......

  • NOOB TUBER

    GRENADE SPAM

  • NOOB TUBER

  • stupid

  • @bailey32023 yes REALLY stupid..............

  • terrorist weopan!!

  • noob...

  • @F18DarkOWL I think you got the totally wrong idea of what I was saying.

I was clearly making fun of them.

  • I just....how are is it able to shoot like that?

Its one launcher, with a bunch of rounds, i mean, how?

If there was a magazine or something it would make sense, but....its all in one line!

  • @MrThembones do some research on metal storm. the rounds are electronically ignited.

  • @bl0115 huh...thats weird.

This looks like a fun weapon to shoot.

for some reason, I always loved 40mm's. Where can I buy one and get some practice ammo?

  • cool idea but seems to damn big

  • Uhhh, soooo did he miss?

  • @asiangangzter he was playing too much CoD and using one man army.

  • where's the kaboom? there was supposed to be an earth shattering kaboom!

  • total mind fuck to figure out how that works?!

  • @murdoch2486 no its stupid . every one creams them selves over this when its the same tech in a roman candle

  • @theWARRIORpfcMOTLEY

    haha, no!

each grenade here is independant, you saw him loading 3 in. not one whole unit.

there in no shell ejection, so somewhere there are empty shells obstructing the projectile from leaving the tube.

Unless they are not standard 40mm grenade shells...which is probably the case.
