  • May Isis Bless all of you

  • I think Pagans are more right because they are the Older than Christianity so think about it why all the sudden is beleaving in more than one god evil Jesus story is stolen from the the Pagan god Horus, and the Greek god Dionysus

  • @Joeyal123 Now that is a funny statement , since most of the so called pagans derive all their beliefs from gerald gardener's writings....which in and of itself is funny, since he was proven to be a fraud.....so if all these so-called pagans derive their entire belief system from a person who was a fraud.....what does that make them??

  • @wartmcbeighn Pagans derive there beliefs from Ancient times not Gerald Gardner the only reason he got labled a fraud because at the time of his writings Wicca and Paganism was Illegal in the UK. i dont really Appreciate you calling my beliefs Fraudulent Christianity taken all kinds of Pagan Holidays Christmas or winter solstice or Easter used to be called Ostara

  • @Joeyal123 Really...so your beliefs are handed down from generation to generation..or did you pick it up,thought it looked cool and started to believe in some non-existant deity and think magic is real? All nie to think there is a god or whatever out there..but there isnt any verifiable proof now is there??

  • @wartmcbeighn dude im getting the feeling that your just a Athiest Troll and your right there is no proof of a deity but tell me this prove there is not one prove that there is not a invisible elephant in the room with you

  • @Joeyal123 Kind of defensive there aren't you? Simple thought..if you stop believeing in a supposed deity, it dies off, for belief is what makes it real...so people made the gods to make up for what they didnt understand wayyy back when, like thunder, lightining and such. So now that thunder and lightning et all have been figured out, seems kind of silly to believe in something like Isis or whatever doesn't it?

  • @wartmcbeighn sir what do you believe in because if your a Athiest this explains your behavior , btw why are you even on this type of video if you find it so stupid

  • @wartmcbeighn btw i have heard Christians Refer to lighting and nature as the wraith of god so dont just single out Pagans and wiccans

  • @wartmcbeighn some Pagans do follow gerald gardiner but i think his book is a bit radical considering how he says wicca is the only truith

  • @wartmcbeighn since you show the need to fufill your rude comment let me bless your asking with yet another fufillment:

there is no proof of deity, but there is no proof of love either, now tell me, do you love your family/friends? yes? well no, love doesn't exist becuase you can't taste it, touch it, smell it, or move it. now, does that seem fair? hardly. so you are hardly being fair either. now, if you wish to continue, message me, but this song is inoccent.

blessed be the children of her! )O(

  • @kapuppygrl224 Love is an emotion, which is human created. Going wayyy back, before science, man thought that the gods created thunder and lightning, the sun and the moon, wind and the air....then many years later, scientifc thought, testing and all that fun stuff proved otherwise with a real, verifiable, imperical, and tangible evidence.Only ting I have seen "pagans" do is get away with ridiculous behaviour because, they say, they are "pagan", most of whom have no idea what the term means

  • @wartmcbeighn Then your anger is not toward us, but specific pagans, for whom have angered and uneased you. again, love is an emotion, true, but it was created mostly by specific chemical imbalances, which, is science is it not? i figured that would have been your plan target, however you surprise me with easy answer anxiousness, simply answer me this: what behaviour did these pagans do that made you tense and unwillingly ignorant and snide?

and ye harm none, do what ye will!

    blessed be )O(

  • @wartmcbeighn so are you a Athiest

  • my favorite song :)

  • Loved it

  • Very well gone.... Love, Light and Laughter Two Thumbs up :D

  • My coven uses this song for rite

  • @Ladyjuliet81 We sing this song at the beginning of temple, Gaia's Temple!!! It's so true!!! Blessed Be!!!

  • @Ladyjuliet81 May the Lord and Lady bless you and your's. Merry meet, merry part, merry meet again...Blessed be...=^-^=

  • I love this chant! When I'm stressed, I sing it and I feel better, especially when I'm out in nature when I sing it!

  • i just told someone else about the hoof and horn part of the chant.

  • My theme song. Thanks for sharing : )

  • Blessed be to all, hope you all had a blessed Yule!

  • beatiful song

    Blessed Be

  • Can someone please post who this music is from? I want to get the mp3!

    Blessed be!

  • what dos )O( means? Can someone be kind enough to message me and explain?

    Blessed be

  • It stands for the triple moon = waxing moon/full moon/waning moon

  • it stands for the triple moons. the maiden, the mother, and the crone as waxing, full, and waning moon.

  • caritas83 )O( means the trinity symbol. It symbolizes the first quarter, whole, and last quarter of the moon cycle.

  • @caritas83 im sorry i was just wondering the same thing Blessed Be

  • The shadows of oppression can not over come the light of truth

For shadow must disperse when met with light

May the Goddess and God bless those with love in their hearts

For the light of their love shines brighter everyday

    Blessed Be

  • @lillawrence amen very nice my friend i love it

  • Wiccans are not satanic..they come from love.we are enlightened..

    we do know harm..

    Ignorance is bliss

    Blessed Be my sisters )O(

  • Blessed be )0(

  • I assume you are referring to the song...

    well... just saying...

Accusing a Pagan for believing in Satan is like accusing an Atheist of believing in God.

  • @animelver123 we do not belive in satan do ur history bicth

  • @thebraveheart410 lol Learn how to read and comprehend.

  • Pt 1

1st off you don't ever get your point across with name calling 2nd one is much better to keep within the breadth of knowledge to whom he/she is speaking. So instead of saying WE do not believe in Satan you can say (assuming they are Christian)

  • PT2 Anything about that religion (FACTUAL THINGS) that they are not knowledgable about and either get them upset with you or they will think on it at least and maybe get so far as to looking it up. Make it something short and something off topic to what they are saying so it will stick. Like a Fun fact!!

  • @thebraveheart410 do not judge so easily, teach the unlearned so they might learn and teach others. thats how you kill ignorance not with knives shaped like words.

  • @thebraveheart410 no need for negativity my friend. i support you, but only responding with negativity, only brings back negativity

  • Well Atheists and Agnostics as a wise man once said Are really Christians in rebellion. which means that they are still stuck in the mindset that they were given by Christianity as it is now.

  • @Rain4732 and how is that, i ask you my dear friend?? before i found wicca, i was atheist, i never was stuck in the mindset of Christianity. being a good person, doesn't necessarily mean that its related to god, im means that your nice and want to do the right thing

  • no that isn't what I meant... I may have been incorrect in that statement anyways... the idea was that Atheists become Atheists because they don't like the Abrahmic Religions not because they are actually Atheists. Though I think there are SOME like that I am not sure that is all of them. Thanks for pointing that out. However I find it interesting that you say you were Atheist and then found Wicca or it Found you which ever.

  • PT 2 Many Atheists are only so even in your case not because of disbelief in Deity but because they didn't agree with the Abrahamic Faiths ideas and didn't know any other way about it. A situation of "throwing the baby out of the bathwater" That is what was meant by that. Nothing else. I had the same kind of thing I said it wasn't that I was Atheist but not Christian either. Didn't know how to explain it. Then Wicca came. :) BB

  • @Rain4732 well as a child, i did not have any knowledge that i could choose my own religion, until i was 8 and went to Salem.

i was fascinated in the history, but i was born into an atheist household

  • @Catlover19921 Ah I can see that... I was born into a relatively loose Christian household didn't do church. I just knew it wasn't for me. I also didn't know I could choose a religion never crossed my mind as a possibility. Like I said there are probably some genuine Atheists out there but I believe even they have a Spirituality even if they don't call it that.

  • @animelver123 - Well said, kindred.

  • @animelver123

Exactly! Like I told one of my co-workers: "If you ask a Wiccan if they believe in Satan, it's like asking an Atheist if they believe in God." :] I respect all religions and I say nothing against them. :D

    Blessed be! )O(

  • @animelver123 THERE IS ONLY ONE GOD,AND HE ONLY HAD ONE SON,WHOSE NAME IS JESUS CHRIST,all other, so called goddess are from the Pit`s of HELL, to deceive you, people have been worshiping idols and chasing after false Gods for a long, long, time(HELL in the end), is there only reward.do not be a FOOL.

  • @ilililhy1 why are you watching a pagan video if you are just gonna vomit this crap?

  • @ilililhy1 Troll much? I wonder what Yeshua would think of that. He was known as a kind nonjudgmental fellow who tried to spread love.

  • @animelver123

the concept of satan and hell, is a christian creation? we are from the earth , goddess manifest and god( let's not forget). I love this song because it's simple and loving.

  • haha ur so lucky that ANYONE joined in, i'd of been exspelled if i had done that

  • Same here.

  • Oh reaaallY?????

  • i love this song it realy helps when having a bad day

  • SoFF does have a point. These chants tend to sound weak and watered down when done in the studio. However, they are incredibly intense and primal and beautiful when done at pagan festival drum circles and similar settings and really are effective for going into an altered state, etc. The chants lose that folky new age feel they have here and become very primal and powerful.

  • That is so very true. That's exactly what I meant, you only put it much more eloquently.

    Thank you :)

  • You miss the point. It's a chant, not a song. Check out some Gregorian chants sometime.

And most of us use youtube as a reference to make sure we have the tune right

  • I'm afraid I don't miss the point. The fact that this is chanting and not singing (Yes, thank you, I know Gregorian) has nothing to do with the fact that it lacks passion. I know what chanting sounds like, I just think this chant is too dull and this video will hardly make people interested in joining this.. circle, though the world turns to videos like this one to see what witchcraft is like.

Didn't want to offend, just wanted to express my opinion.

  • well maybe to you its dull, but everyone is diff, especially in Paganism

  • very true.

  • SoulOfFrozenFire - no

it's just that a particular person probably liked this chant and wished to submit it to YouTube so that others could enjoy it

  • i dont understand why christians always manege to come on this page.I think because they are curious theirselves.if we give you a piece of our mind on your page we are considered satanists.let us all coexist.cerridwen

  • witchcerridwen - of course that they're curious! why else would they come here?

  • This is a very good song . . . and it is very sad that there are some around here still trying to convince people of something . . . i actually went through the RCIA, and at least the true catholicsc don't try to convert . . . reason being they believe that everyone will come around in their own time . . . i decided that wicca was better for me at any rate

  • Honest love and reverence, and faithful dedication to unconditional compassion and wisdom, whatever form it takes, are beloved by God, for they are His gifts to each of His children. Why in the world would I reject the path God has given me, simply because you do not approve of it? My friend, you have much to search your heart for. Ask God for guidance, and may the Father renew the fount of generosity and grace that He gave to you.

  • we could say you are on your own misleading path. prove me god exists. prove me taht jesus is the massiah and that he will return, and i will throw away my belief. seeing as how its immpossable, i guess im stayig a wiccan

  • ahem!

  • There is much I can say to you, my friend, and so I'll post several times.

Worshipping the material object created by God is indeed a delusion, for it distracts the mind from focusing on God. However, recognizing the divinity inherent in nature, as material created by God, and respecting it, is not. There is a difference.

  • I speak truth. The Buddha laid down my path millenia ago, when he reached Enlightenment beneath the bodhi tree. There is no anger; no competition; and there is no exaltation of a few, and damnation of the rest. There is only love, and how my life we can devote to the sacred service of lovingkindness. Jesus Christ, whose words have sadly been distorted by thousands of years of revision, mistranslation, censorship, and death dealt in his name, urged unconditional kindness as his only commandment.

  • Goodbye, sthcrox. May your path bring you peace. I will trust that you question my sincerity and judge my path out of honest compassion, and not out of the anger I see so often exhibited by many Christians. I know that God has led me by my hand to the beautiful flower of my religion; it may have petals of a different color, shape, and texture, but it grows from the same soil of hope, compassion, and wisdom. I hope, one day, you will be able to look beyond dogma and see the inherent worth of all.

  • milucha, thank you for your somehow extended response. as you can see, there is no anger nor any condemnation. I am just stating what i believe is teh Truth and not only that but the ONLY Truth, as i believe. I do not believe that bhuddha leads you to Jesus Christ and therefore it is not the right way, as I believe, because Jesus, out of every person ever born, is the only one who claim to be (1) God Almighty, (2) THE Way to the Father?Heaven (3) THE Truth, (4) THE Life. If so, why need buddha??

  • Oh and, hold your twisted tongue, Christian. It's sad how blind your herd is.

  • very good, the images are simples and perfects!!!

  • I loved this version the overlapping hoof and horn chant brilliant!

  • this only the first half of the song, the second half is the horned God.

  • If you believe in the n beliefs, then you are still technically a n. But the "year and a day" tradition is to be an initiated witch. Do your research.

  • I recommend scott cunningham, silver ravenwolf, laurie cabot :->, and christopher penczak

  • Hello, I have a question for you all. I am honestly interested in becoming a Wiccan. I have tried Jaguarmoon. Sadly you must be 21 years or older, so I couldn't join. I looked up other information, something about studying a year and a day. However, I know not what I'm studying, or if this is accurate. To be blunt "How do I become a Wiccan" thank you.

  • there are lost of ways to become a wiccan almost any book will give a wiccaning ritual in it although its not something that should be dove into most wiccans study the belifes for a year and one day ... or at least that was the way i was toughteach wiccan has there own tradition be they a solitary practitioner or in a coven/circal

  • You need to study for 13 moons. If you want to do this alone there is a very good book which you might find helpful. Its called

" A Witch Alone" from Marian Green. I can highly recommend it. You must start the day after the New Moon of any month to read it.

  • Have always loved this chant.

    Beautifully done here, too.

    Enjoyed much.

    :)

  • this song never fails to make me feel at peace

  • RandomPenguin922 says: "this song never fails to make me feel at peace."

    Same here RandomPenguin922. :)

  • wow

  • i love this chant it truly speaks to any good witches heart

  • WOW! I LOVE this song! It is AMAZING!

    Blessed Be everyone!

  • Well done. I really like this chant.

    Namaste~

  • Very pretty chant. I liked this alot.

    BB!

  • ~BEAUTIFUL CHANT...LOVE IT~

  • its a good song to sing lol my wiccan circle sang this, but i hum to it then bc i have a bad singing voice lol

  • Nice. I practice Druidism.

  • So do I. :D

  • This song comes from an ancient Earth Mother religion that was predominant in hunting/gathering societies before Christianity had forced conversion and demonized the old religions in order to destroy the old ways. It's past time to tell the truth about these nature religions and honor our ancestors because non of them believed in "the devil" as all Christians have been told. Honoring Earth Mother is something everyone should do no matter what religion you are. Honor the creation.

  • @peacetrees

Tanking care of the earth..good idea.

Belief in a non-existent entity that has never aand never will exist....really bad idea, like believeing in magic, witchraft, spells and all that other nonesense.

  • @wartmcbeighn I am glad you believe in taking care of the earth and I support your right to your beliefs and others the right to theirs, you'll get no judgment from me. I love freedom <3

  • Absolutely beautiful and enchanting.

  • hey i wanna be a witch , where do i start ? im tired of my old fukin relion , it diddnt work , i wanna try sumptin different . thanks .

  • Reckonman, wicca is based on respect. For the earth and all that dwell on it, for other people and their beliefs. It is a nature-based neo-pagan faith with roots stretching back to mankind's beginnings, from the paleolithic times and maybe even earlier. Forget the Hollywood BS like Charmed and the Craft!

  • ok , thank you for clearing this up for me .

  • witch is a broad term. there is wicca, asatru, druidry, lots off different types of paganism.

  • I think you mean that "pagan" is a broad term. Most heathens, Asatru, and druids that I know of would be a least a little uncomfortable, if not offended, being called a "witch". While "pagan" encompasses a broad spectrum of people, there are many pagans out there who do not practice witchcraft.

I mean no offense, I just felt the need to point that out. I once made the mistake of calling a druid friend of mine a "witch." She struck me with her staff. *nod*

  • lol no thats alright I agree, my mistake. You remind me of a friend of mine XD with the "*nod*" lol. Beannachtai

  • We sang this at My Ma's funeral and it was very moving. It also helped us to recall that this wasn't 'it' merely a change in the journey.

  • THANK YOU for sharing this lovely chant. I'll make it part of my prayer and of course some of this prayer will be used to bless you for sharing. Simple and moving.

  • its good for my heart and soul.stupid, but true.

  • It´s not stupid, it´s good for your soul and heart cause you recognize your roots, and you still feel it, and that´s the beginning my friend... let your soul and heart be connected with mother earth and your brothers

  • my pony returned to the "godess"

  • I'm sorry :( That's sad news.

  • right now, it feels as if she`s always with me.

  • And she will be. Nobody really goes way if you remember them.

  • this is the version I learned at a circle in 1979

  • Hail the Goddess, Hail the Archetype, Hail Anima...

    Her heart the fertile earth

Her face the Moon does kiss

    Her form the seasons reveal

    Her waist a slender branch

From her breasts flow the rivers of life...

  • We Slavic Pagans celebrate mostly the same holidays you do: Summer and Winter Solstices (Kupala and Gody), Spring and Autumn Equinoxes (Jare and Plony).

  • I found another verse:

We all come from the Horned One

And to him we shall return

    Like a flame of love

    Rising to the heavens.

    )O(

  • Yep, you're talking about the verse dedicated to God; I've heard another version:

    "We all come from God

And to him we shall return

    Like a spark of fire

    Soaring to the Heavens"

I've heard a mixture somewhere of these songs: We all come from the Goddess, We all come from the God and "Hoof and horn" -- 'twas excellent!! Many Greetings to Wiccans from the Slavic Pagan. Slava (Glory)!!!

  • I love this song too :-D

  • oh kool

i have a different version of this song

  • I love this song^_^

  • ~wicca Rules!!!
