My dad's company flies these things. According to him, the back cargo area is not pressurized during flight, so the pilots have to stay in the cabin.

As far as I know, Boeing uses that plane to transport the wings of the 787 from Japan to the U.S. I guess it's cheaper to fly them over than to actually build them here.
