this what i dont like is that he is speaking about money :) and for me this is comercial - please invest bla bla TO BE ABLE TO REACH SUCSESS you need to have allot of trainings that is all they are no secrets they are no shortcuts - HARD WORK and dedication + clear mind and good goal settings + good trainer and discipline will put you on the line of sucsess :) not some plans which you need to pay for or some ULTRA MEGA HIPER SECRET WAY which only "some" people provide offcourse for money :) OSY!
As Rhadi said, practice is essential but in and of itself doesn't propel you ahead of the pack or into the elite. As for the (sarcastic?) how do u throw the stronger, skilled 300+ pound grappler? I've done that already and I'm only 152 pounds. I've also beaten 300+ pound kickboxers striking and grappling. I did it by essentially employing Rhadi's advice long before I heard of him.
how can i tak down a 350 pound person who is 6"11.. or taller more built or "stronger" people by far? i always have this problem then start to panic and try to scoop them since it looks like its the quickest way to pass their guard.. it aggravates me so much!
