You do this workout with easy rope climbs in less than 5 times the amount of time it took Rich and I will never debate someone on fitness ever again.

Generally speaking, most crossfitters don't take in that much dairy anyways.

@LordWargus Actually i went back a week, my food journal indicates I had 6200 calories that day. You only need 5-10% of your protein coming from food.

@LordWargus Yeah I forgot to add that I had a massive 2000 calorie date smoothie (datorade)
It's not really crazy unless you're eating that many calories from processed/cooked, unnatural foods. You can eat unlimited and actually lose weight if you are a raw vegan.
Remember there is absolutely no such thing as calorie restriction in nature. Animals will eat massive amounts of plants/ fruit or for carnivores -Meat. Have you ever seen an obese/ overweight animal? Neither have i.

@LordWargus I only said that I've seen little kids climb up ropes with little to no effort, and got flamed for it. I can't help it that someone who eats meat and dairy like Rich Froning takes 10x as long and has to put in much more effort.

One more thing, it seems pretty obvious that Durian Rider is using some form of PED as he does not get enough nutrients nor protein from his diet
All of the macronutrients have their place when training for a sport. Getting rid of fat and protein is just plain dumb
