Ok most of those jumps or vaults ended in falls so you should work on that. Also, for 0:25 as a tip do a kong vault with your hands at the center of the table then do a dash vault soon after to get over (this is called a kash vault) if you couldn't follow THAT then either stop doing parkour or freakin' step it up.

Parkour and Free Running aren't the same thing.

Parkour is going from checkpoint "A" to "B". Parkour needs more speed and flow than Free Running. Free Running is "Running Free". No time, no race, no Checkpoints. You can just do whatever you feel like.

This is obviously Free Running. No dimes, here.

@Tamarrack- yeah fair enough you could be right but i have been free running for a long time, and at first i thought what you do (that there was a difference, but then i heard some more experienced free runners that i met up with tell me that parkour is just french for free running, check out this video about sebastien foucan, the voice over says that it is the same thing just in french, type this in to youtube "Parkour & Freerunning - Sebastien Foucan"... but you could be right.
