  • 3:25 it's a tarantula

  • After scouring the For Dummies books for days trying to find this information, it seems all I ever truly needed was YouTube. Praise be to the mighty Thor!

  • @IFoundOutImARetard The 1n term in the first binomial can be written as just n or as 1n. So the following two answers are the same: (6m+1n)(3m-2n) ; (6m+n)(3m-2n).

  • Double thumbs up, great vid.

  • Thanks so much! My teacher failed to explain this in class and you saved me <3

  • 5 people have NO idea what you just did :3

but thanks for the vid! :D

  • help?? i dont understand and i have to use grouping on this problem:

    9x^2 + 3x - 3xy - y

  • Your method is ssssssssssoooooooooooooo easy. I thank you for this becuz my books and tutorials in class are so confusing. Your video's have helped me immensely!

  • ughh math test tommorow, yourr such a life saver, thanks so much (:

  • No Offensive but there is way quicker way in doing it First multiply 18*2=36, then ask your self what goes inside 36 that also goes to -9, then you get 12*3=36 and also -12 +3= -9 then plug "-12" and "3" in the equation and then factor it... way better then confusing yourself with graphs, if you got any questions pm me :)

  • Easy to understand and very helpful, thanks a bunch!

  • yes but i wanna see a trinomial with two variables being shown with grouping method, please

  • @LutzakVideos sorry, no time now, keep searching youtube for examples

  • show us the grouping method

  • @LutzakVideos You can see some grouping methods if you go to my channel and search the uploaded videos for "solve trinomials by the grouping method".

  • Great video, but I'm having trouble with this question:

    2x^2 + xy - y^2

  • @lazyguy55 Factor 2x^2+x-1, then when you're done put the y's in the positions: ( y)( y). Be sure to multiply it out to check that you get the original trinomial back again.

  • this video was very helpful! I had no clue how to factor with 2 variables and my dad is on a road trip and can't help!

  • First you write off the screen and second you use the word "they" or "they're" when i have lost what "they or they're" means or what your talking about instead of saying "the 2nd term or the 3rd term, and third, you draw so many lines everywhere that its confusing. This video didnt help me understand at all and I have a 3.9 GPA.

  • omg Thank you sooooo much for this video <3

It really helped me on my homework ^_^

  • You should get a Noble Peace Prize for this! thank you! :D

  • thank you so much this video helped me alot! lol and I have a test tomorrow on it so thanks once again! lol

  • Hey I have a question and hope you can get back before my test on wednesday! You said something about a grouping method for a problem like that? Which video is that?

BTW --- Thank you SOOOOO much for these video's, my math teacher doesn't explain anything, but you've helped me so much!

  • Glad to hear the videos are helping! I tried putting a link to a grouping method one in this reply but youtube won't accept the comment. Try going to my channel and searching the video library for 'factor trinomial' and then look for 'by grouping method'.

  • hmm u did it different then my teacher i didnt get how u distributed those variables to different sides of perenthesis

  • I do it that way basically because it works. If you look at the pattern of the variables: m^2, m^1, then no m; no n, n^1, n^2; their patterns are opposite, that's why one goes at the front of parentheses and other at the end. Whenever the variables have that pattern this approach works.

  • my book is just full of guess and check junk, none of those helpful combination things

  • you really helped!!!

  • beast, thx for tha help. <333333333333333333

  • I was so stumped after forgeting over the summer, but you helped so much. Keep up the lessons and reviews-they are very, very, helpful. Thank you!

  • keep it up

  • thank goodness for you... this is so much easier now! thanks!!! <333

  • YES!!

Thank you for your video tutorial on Factoring Trinomial's with two variables!

I was lost, but this video helped me find myself. ^.^
