There's ONE fraudulent case that Mr. Biskupic brought against a woman from Madison WI (my hometown) that was reported on in the NY Times a few weeks ago, when the appeals court overturned her wrongful conviction. The case was coerced by the DOJ so Rove could run political ads for the '06 election to try to smear Gov. Doyle through her. The ad campaign failed, and now the woman is free from jail. Yes, the Georgia Thompson case was very bad, thrown out by the appeals court in record time. But the suggestion I hear is that Biskupic was on the list to be fired, and charged Thompson under pressure to save his job.
Wolfowitz <- you've just been fired for ethics violations.
Gonzales <- you're next, you crooked little turd.
