hi, my droid arrives tomorrow, i was wondering since you have both the extended and stock battery, could you tell me rather the REGULAR STOCK BATTERY DOOR fits the phone when you have the EXTENDED BATTERY in it. Im asking cause i ordered some cases for my droid and i wanna no if they will still fit the phone with it having the extended battery. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP

now the droid 3 can do 1080p at 29fps. now in low light or indoors, does it stay at 29fps? this video, for example, whats the fps at?

God there's so much noise in this video. I'm tired of manufacturers putting "1080p" and "18MP" on products. It doesn't freaking matter what the resolution is the only thing that matters is the sensor quality. I'd rather have clean and crisp noise free 480p than noise filled blurry 1080p. If any of you have a 1080p monitor and blow this up full screen you know exactly what I'm talking about.

That's amazing! I'm getting this Thursday to replace my dare. Needless to say, 1080p is a little bit better than the 640x480 my dare has LOL... can you do an outdoor one so we can see what things more than 5 feet away look like? Thanks

@bscoe9111 I actually do not have the HDMI cord for the phone. The droid 2 Extended battery will NOT fit on the droid 3

Loving this phone! And the new focus it has. For future reference though, 720p when uploading it onto your computer looks better.. it's odd, but yeah, less choppy.  1080p looks like a beaut on your TV, though, via HDMI.
