With an AIDS rate of under 0.1%, that's roughly around 8,300, and that's including the sex tourism. Even the women engaging in that type of practice have a AIDS prevalence rate of only 1%. For a 3rd world country, that's impressive, so much lower than many, many developed countries, and don't even compare it to most other 3rd world countries.
