as far as I have read - They are the same.

The real diffrence between the tx tablets, as far as I know, is from tx1000 to tx2500.

Then all the diffrent names (tx2690, tx2500z, tx2500us ect.) is just to keep track of were they sell it, and diffrent keyboards. us means United states, dunno about Z, but the EO version must be Europe.

for and example, - the versoin im getting is called tx2690eo, and I think its because i live in denmark and need a danish keyboard with danish letters (æøå :)

dont buy this model its really annoying..the outlook is very nice..but base of my expirience this hp sucks!! i just bought this kind of this coomputer i'll never enjoying use this..i always send to HP technical support always have software problem..really annoying..many friends told me that the manufacturer of this company now is not good...
