  • that one way of deliver good job

  • A Roadway(b-4 yrc) driver dumped about 20 truck tires on my lot the same way back in 1985. Said he couldnt wait for unloading. Had a schedule to meet!

  • I was a manager before the roadway yellow merge and this shit did not happen , but scene they got rid of all the yellow mangers and kept the roadway mangers this happens all the time. When yellow was on there own the stock was $67.00 dollars a share now it is $ .14 cents a share this why they are doomed to fail.

  • a mistake, that is a custormer waiting for his freightt, that is just a lazy driver n just dont want to bend over wen he is on the dock.ITS A ROLL UP DOOR ,YRC SUCKS THATS WHY U GUYS R GOING UNDER.SEE IF YOUR UNION CAN BACK THIS UP

  • That driver will be out of a job for not properly securing the load.

  • HELLO ? YEA ,,, I NEED A O-S-D ?

  • hello ? i need a o-s-d ?

  • how did u know if it was a yrc truck that did that

  • I guess load securement isnt "in the contract" so he dont have to do it.

    Union=Working welfare.

If you have ever loaded at a union facility you know what I'm talking about.

  • must be this guys first day doin LTL..where i work we do LTL with a ex highway tractor wit the bunk chopped off and a 53 foot trailer..often a curtainsider.. and we have no real uniform..they give us a t shirt with the company name on it and a coat for the wintertimes..idk what this clowns problem is but it should be quite obvious to DROP the pallet before moving it? god people these days

  • Dumb question why did he have to move the truck?

  • @wrather You must be nonunion. I'm an LTL driver as well and i wear nice shorts and a polo shirt this time of year but my UNION contract says i get A/C. I delivered to a customer last week and Estes was there in his wife beater and towel around his neck with no A/C in his tractor. You could tell who the pro was and who the joke was. I think he was ready for a union card.

  • @YourWarmingUp60 YRC IS UNION ,THEY SUCK,only union drivers on ltl is abf n yrc .who r u ,i have ac n i am nonunion TEAMSTERS SUCK

  • There are professional drivers that work for a company and there are there are just steering wheel holders. Nuts behind the wheel ect...

  • @INEEDSHELP yellow drivers dress like trash no dress code no uniform you've clearly never done city p&d or you would have seen them in their wife beater t-shirts they have no uniform.

  • I love it!! YRCs new customer approach. Then they say fuck you and drive off. It seems to be working :)

  • Hey railmonkey what semi were you driving was it a volvo?

  • Shit happens I knew a dude that use to stop and BS in the middle of hooking up a trailer he did this one day and didnt back all the way to the king pin had hooked up his hoses and pigtail went to pull away after BSing with the legs rolled up. Truck was loaded with forklifts the company called the load a total loss. When you are working and get interrupted finish the task or undo what you have done to prevent that from occuring . That is why when I am working I am working no phone no chitchat

  • It's Not a Yrc tractor. It's a old freightliner. Which they do NOT use in a city operation. It's maybe a a du peil or how ever it spelled. But after 20 years at yrc I know our trucks

  • just some poor owner oprerator that works for less than minimum wage, making his delivery.

  • HAHAHAHAHAHA. I work for Yellow Roadway in Portland, OR. On voluntary leave of absense but family and friend still work there. Some of the shit I've seen over the years would mind boggle you. Shocking why they hurting so bad..... o.0

  • Not a yrcw company at all. Possibly an old holland truck. But nice find was still funny

  • @piasared it's an ex-Penske Mack. Yellow bought quite a few of these for P&D

  • sometimes roadway leases trailers but all the trucks iv'e ever seen were blue and orange or all blue. my dad retired from roadway. just weeks before they sliced pensions in half. everybody else is screwed. my dad pulled the rip cord just in time.

  • Id say its not the companys fault, its the drivers fault. And i also dont see any yellow or roadway sign on the door of the truck. sorry but its just some independent imo having a bad day.

  • how to kill a company,,, :)

  • haha nigga gonna go back selling drugs now...

  • hey i work for NEW PENN its a outfit or YRC iam UNION and fucking proud iam not lieing iam from LOCAL 107 in philly the guy made a mistake he looks like a causel driver just didnt know what he was doing and yes it its a YELLOW truck and yes its real dumb asss

  • NO WAY NO HOW !! That is not a YRC tractor and YRC drivers do not exit the truck that way. With Twenty years working at Roadway you I'll put my paycheck up that its not a tractor model YRC uses. FAKE... but even if it was real so what, the exception is not the rule so get over it. Bareneked is an idiot

  • Fake?!?!?! stupid careless union driver, don't get anymore real than that! plus why would somebody go thru all this trouble just to said it was YRC? I don't think so...

  • LOL I WORK WITH YRC AND THATS JUST FUNNY POT MORE PLS DHL FED EX UPS LETS BE UNIVERSAL NOT JUST ONE COMPANY PLS LAMES

  • not YRC...some small company..look at the driver...DEAD GIVEAWAY

  • "I told you I wasn't going to pay the lumper - it's your responsibility to get your freight off the truck."

  • if that would have been me that did that id be fired brah

  • He obviously didn't let the jack down before moving the trailer, isn't their some sort of policy regarding moving trailers without the door down? Having a door panel cracked is easier to explain than freight falling out the truck! At the LTL company I work at they give us, black rubber pallet jack stoppers which prevent the jack from rolling at all.

  • thats a way to get it off the truck

  • for those of you who actually believe this is YRC,your not paying attention, there are A## Holes who have nothing better to do with there lives than to go around showing crap like a## Hole(railmonkey)who could not get a job with any of the companies because of his criminal record/legal status. what an idiot, you could have at least painted the PALLET JACK to match yrc collors, any yrc guy would thellyou that , STUPID have a nice day

  • @00maxken Im not saying this is a yrc truck, but I did want to respond to the plt jack comment, I work for yrc competitor and we have jacks that are crowns, eggshell white. 1 of our drivers has is own jack that is blue. So this driver could have gotten his own jack.

  • yrc scab logistics i bet

  • Yeah thats what you can expect from YRC

  • it's not a yrc truck or driver! This must be a scab trying to stir up crap. It all looks ataged to me.

  • An unfortunate accident - YES AN ACCIDENT-with lots of negligence. If the shipper signed a contract limiting carrier liability to get a better rate that was stupid! An expensive lesson in freight 101.

Nay sayers - This is a YRC unit, a used RYDER CH Mack in Yellow Transportation paint, and yes they have many single axle vans with liftgates. YRC drivers do not have uniforms as Yellow and Roadway did before the merger. This guy is an unprofessional slob and should be fired.

    REAL not FAKE!

  • your an IDIOT!!

  • You guys are funny. You all work for yrc? I hope they do try and sue my ass and explain away this mess. I gonna check the videos and see if I have one clearly showing the truck logo. Then what are all you corporate cool aid drinkers gonna say then?

  • I gonna check the videos- Nice English!!

  • @railmonkey that's freakin' hilarious !!!

    Sue you?

Hell, they can't afford the lawyers !!! LOL

Last week they were voting to cut their own salaries by 15% just to see if they can keep their doors open for all them "Union Proud" retards....

  • @railmonkey

Its YRC, the yellow logo is on the door. Typical that YRC treats customer freight the way they do and a good reason not to ship with them.

  • @railmonkey LOL! That's YRC alright, in my years as a crash investigator, I have seen them often. As for a law suit,,,,shiiit,,,,,,they cant afford to fuel up their trucks let alone retain their legal dept. Teamsters beware,,,,you have bargined yourselves out of a job. Facts are facts

  • We don't have frieghtliner day cabs at yellow. This is not Yellow. FAKE !!

  • Thats no frieghtliner there sir that would be a mack n yess it is a Yellow

  • fake

  • Why do a few people say this is fake? Unbelievable yes, but not fake. It's posted here to embarrass YRC and show them for the type of organization they are, unwilling or unable to rectify damage they caused even when there is a damn video of the screw up! Corporate responsibility or just doing the right thing

  • My eye sight is not failing I don't see the Yellow stickers on the door. And I can't believe whoever it is wouldn't pay for the damage. But one thing everyone can say is S-it happens

  • Doesn't look like a Yellow Roadway truck to me looks like some scab outfit. All the years I was a driver never saw a union driver dress like that. Yellows trucks aren't that color and neither are Roadways. He also has a lift gate on the trailer and would have unloaded it right where the truck was at first. This is as fake as you can get.

  • Your eyesight's failing, it's an orange yrc truck. He never tried the liftgate, I was getting the forklift. Nothing fake about it, including yrc's total disregard for the damage caused.

  • Railmonkey is wrong and stirring shit .. YRC owns NO single axle liftgate vans !! And there is more than one company with trucks that color .Doesn't say YRC anywhere . Hope they sue you .

  • @ineedshelp your mother is a 'scab outfit'.

It's definitely a Yellow Roadway driver. I see these trucks in my area all the time!!

  • Sign here please sir. Do you have any outbound shipments today for us ? LOL

  • Honest mistake sure but why am I out $18,0000? Shoudlnt yrc pay for thier mistakes?

  • yes they should pay for their mistakes. im sure the driver didnt do it on purpose but YRC should pay

  • they will not pay your claim because they're on the verge of bankruptcy. did you show a rep. this video? i'd love to know what their reason was for denying your claim with such evidence. if it's because it was shipped at a low class rate it's the fault of whoever shipped it. they went for a low class rate and in return got a low shipping rate. i'd ship with someone with a future and maybe they'll try to keep you for future buisness.

  • The poster should have included more of the video. Why would he have it jacked up on the pallet jack right at the back and then move? He didn't even take off that hard and why was he even moving in the first place. More info needed.

    Looks set up to me.

  • an honest mistake nothing more to it

  • Here is your shipment!!!!! Sign here please! It is off the trailer it is not my problem anymore! LOL

  • take it easy haters YRC still here and will be,this is just an idiot that could be anywhere ,we have a lot of exelents drivers

  • lots of "exelents" drivers? Ok.........

  • who are you trying to spellcheck you forgot the R in driver

  • Comment removed

  • I know this guy, he is million mile driver! YRC finest.....

  • What a idiot! What was he thinking?
