@labandus Dude, the guy is just 27 and still one of the best players in the league. Saying that 'he will never set his feet again on a playoffs season' is kinda stupid.
He's just having a little shooting slump lately, and obviously some team chemistry problems. As soon as the Knicks' problems are solved (either through a trade, hiring a new coach or somehow improving team chemistry) they'll be a pretty good team again. Hopefully.

@ratmtbola just wait and see :) Melo is a very good in "iso mode" (shooting, a killer!!) , but he sucks all the ball for himself, and most importantly he is a not good defender at all. People like Nene and "the bird man" used to do the dirty job for him at the Nugetts, now he is left with guy like Stoudemire and co who have the same problem as him. Even the bench is weak. The people who really matter are chandler and Fields. I still maintain my claim: Melo, say bye to the playoffs.

@labandus Yes, but for how long? There's no doubt that the current Knicks team isn't working well (and this is coming from a Knicks fan). Stoudemire and 'Melo are just two players that don't work well together. Both need the ball a lot, need a lot of iso's.
But as soon as some trades are made, things should work out. For both, the Knicks and Melo. No matter on what team Melo is playing by then. I'm 100% sure that Melo will go to the playoffs again, and more than just 1 or 2 times.

@6941990 he didn't leave, he just couldn't resign because the mavericks were trying to save alot of cap space for Free agents like d12, dwilliams, cp3, and chandler had a big ass contract and the mavericks just let him go without offering anything, Jason terry even offered to give up some of his money for chandler to stay.
