  • This is ridiculous. I admit McCain is very much an underdog now. But Obama has no plan whatsoever that will create jobs! In fact, socialist redistribution will destroy jobs. President Bush has made several very serious mistakes. But, the bottom line is that since 9/11, there has not been any other attacks on American soil. This is directly because of President Bush's leadership in the War on Terror, and Homeland Security. So under no circumstances is he a bad President! Vote McCain/Palin

  • Visi, what about Obama's tax plan? He will tax $250,000 & above. This will cut into small business - not allowing them to expand and squeezing their payroll. At that point, they will not be able to hire more American workers. This will be a ripple effect in the economy & job market. McCain wants to cut taxes. When taxes are cut, the economy flourishes, because people then make more transactions. They buy more things. They're happier! Obama will push an already failing economy into the abyss!

  • Oh, you mean like how the economy has flourished under the Bush tax cuts? People don't need tax breaks right now. They need jobs.

$250,000 is for single income earners. For business his policy is: Eliminate capital gains taxes for small businesses, cut corporate taxes for firms that invest and create jobs in the United States, and provide tax credits to reduce the cost of healthcare and to reward investments in innovation. (direct quote from Obama's website)

  • visi: "People don't need tax breaks..."

I didn't think I would need to educate you on economics, but so be it. Tax breaks help the economy, because more people will spend money. They are happier! Refer to bar charts when needed. Happy people spend money. The current economic downturn you are now seeing is a direct result of Obama, Raines & Co. (Democrat dirty books) via la Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae scandal. He will INCREASE CAPITAL GAINS period! 28% last I heard. Detrimental to everyone. THE END

  • Unlike Sarah Palin, I got an A in Financial Accounting and Business Management and a B in Macro Economics. You want me to over-simplify: Taxes were raised under Bill Clinton. Taxes were lowered under Bush. We experienced an economic boom under Clinton and are teetering on a 2nd Great Depression under Bush. The whole thing about supply-side economics(a.k.a. "trickle down") is that it is a ideological hypothesis which has never been proven right (like communism!)

    and 6.1% unemployment trumps taxes

  • visi, you don't even know what Governor Palin's grades were. How can you sit there and say what she has and doesn't have? Also, I think you are failing to see that the reason we are in so much trouble now is because of the Democratically elected Congress in 2006. If you go back before that, we were doing much better. You can't blame all of our economic woes on President Bush. He is one MAN!!!!!! Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac goes all the way back to the Clinton. Wake up!

  • She had boasted about getting poor grades in school. After attending 5 colleges in 6 years, she graduated with a degree in Sports Journalism, yet had never written a single article for any of her school papers. I don't blame Bush alone. It was completely a bi-partisan failure. You can't have a failure this big unless everyone drops the ball. The best and most complete explinations on the crisis can be found on "This American Life" (a weekly radio show) or the podcast "Planet Money"

  • He retired a Captain in the United States Navy, visi! McCain did! I was in the U.S. Navy! A Navy Captain!???? You got to be crazy! I know what that rank means! I was there! He deserves to be our President. Not just by his military service, but for his service in many other ways as well! Obama does NOT add up to an American patriot the caliber of McCain. You got to be out of your mind.

  • visi, Governor Palin is not the one who is running for President. It's Senator John McCain who was a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy. I served in the U.S. Navy, and let me tell you, Obama doesn't have near the experience or fortitude that McCain has. McCain has served our country and served it again. Obama has only 143 days in the Senate. Don't you realize that Dems gave people home loans that they couldn't afford? That's why we recently had a $700 billion BAIL OUT! Oh boy!

  • Yes, MacBeth is a great war hero and would make an excellent king. McCain has had valuable military experience. However his history in Economics, veterans' issues, and social security, as well as his plans for these and health care are absolutely unacceptable for a man who would be president. According to the logic of Palin's people, McCain is less experienced than she because he too, has never had executive experience, merely having served in congress. McCain doesn't know what he's doing.

  • visi, McCain does know! He's been there the entire time! That man knows more about Washington that anyone. The President of the United States is the Commander In Chief of the Armed forces. He vetoes, too. Obama doesn't have any executive experience, so how can you say he's qualified? You are Obama brainwashed. Incredible! McCain is an American Hero who has served his country for over 20 years military and 20 years Congress. He was a O-5 and Navy pilot. He deserves to be President!

  • Not one human being on the planet "deserves" to be president. It is not a reward. I believe McCain has got plenty of experience in the military and government, but by Palin logic, he's never run a city or state and therefor has no "executive" experience. American hero? Yes. Experienced man? Of course. Person with a clear idea of what he's doing and where he's going to lead the country? Absolutely not. Read his platform, his plans. His campaign is inconsistent & his plans & tactics are erratic.

  • visit, Palin is not running for President. She's running for Vice President, and by the way? Obama's school history, records and even his birth are not available for the public. We have no clue about him. McCain laid it all on the table. Obama is surrounded by terrorists, Middle Easterners and Communists. Birds of the feather flock together, and by the way? Ohio massive voter fraud! Ohio Secretary of State and Acorn in big trouble! Drop this loser, visi, before you buy the poisoned apple.

  • Still waiting on a reply.

  • Good job...lol

  • Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) received a score of 100 percent* has a lifetime rating of 88, has never requested nor received a single earmark, and has pledged to veto any spending bill that contains any earmarks.

  • How much pork did the piggies Biden and Obama get from the trough?

    • Sen. Barack Obamas (D-Ill.) 2007 rating was 10 percent, making his lifetime score 18 percent. The 2008 Congressional Pig Book contained 53 earmarks worth $97.4 million for Sen. Obama, including $1,648,850 for the Shedd Aquarium.

  • Sen. Joe Biden (D-Del.) received the worst possible rating in 2007 with 0 percent, while his lifetime rating is 22 percent. According to the Pig Book, Sen. Biden had 70 earmarks for a total of $119.7 million in fiscal year 2008, including $246,100 for the Grand Opera House in Wilmington.

  • I gave you 5 stars, visi, but you know my stance. As Hillary said: "Shame on you Barack Obama!"

  • Thank you. I don't expect to change your stance on Obama, my interest is in presenting the facts and letting people decide on the candidate with whom they most closely agree. Perhaps I should include Nader, Barr and Paul in these videos. I think more reasonable republicans would be voting for one of the latter two, if not Obama, but what can you do about 3rd party candidates, right?

  • Well, I've heard for a good many that are still going to write Ron Paul on that ballot or either Nader. If they vote Nader, it helps McCain. If they vote Paul, it helps Obama. So, how can you win?

  • Well, just so ya'll know. This is how it's gonna be in November 2008 election day:

    McCain: 279

    Obama: 259

And say goodbye to Reverend Jeremiah Wright.

  • I said goodbye to that guy eons ago. He's as irrelevant as Bristol's fiance.

How do you know that's gonna be the final score? Are you planing to hack the system for that? If so, I appreciate the heads up.

Vote for who you think is right, but please make sure you know what those people are going to do once in office. All I ask is that you focus on the issues and action plans of the candidates. I'm not asking you to vote for the same person I do. I have a video on the economy up, next up, Iraq.

  • visiyesthatone, honestly, I never cared about an election until this one, but this American will NOT allow a man like Obama to be Commander In Chief. My vote will reflect this Black Liberation Theologian. I'm not going to allow Obama to crash the stock market. This man has less experience than Governor Sarah Palin, and she's not even running for President. He's never even been the Governor of a real state. Look, I ain't about to put the red button in the hands of an imbecile! NOBAMA '08!

  • visiyesthatone, I don't have any insults for you. You're too lovely. But, I can't say I'll be dating a Democrat anytime soon. Maybe if you see it my way... I don't want to put that big, fat red button in the hands of an imbecile. 143 days in the Senate, and 3 years as a Community Organizer, and Barrack Obama wants to be Leader of the Free World? No way! I don't think so. I'd rather have Governor Palin as President any day than Obama. At least, she was Governor of a real state.

  • I appreciate that you will not take the ad homonym route. And I appreciate your views. But I ask you to look at Palin's record: Yes. She was mayor, she hired an administrator to help her run the town, a lobbyist to get 27 mill. from congress and left the town in debt by $20 mill. McCain has had every kind of skin cancer he could. She is running for the highest office and should be vetted the same as any one else.

  • I know we have problems with the economy. However, people are failing to realize that a President isn't the reason for economic woes. They also blame the President for Foreign Policy issues even though the President does not make policy. Congress does. I feel that people do not realize who the true enemies are. Is it no wonder that after a Democratic Congress in 2006 that gas prices sky rocketed? It's true. President = power of veto and Declaration of war. Beyond that, can't blame him for much.

  • The president signs bills into law. He also can push the agenda of congress. Bush and Cheney have taken unprecedented liberties with the executive branch. They pushed legislation to deregulate the economic system particularly the bank loan system, allowing sub-prime mortgage loans, which are the source these investment and mortgage giants' collapses. BTW I'm not a democrat. And prices skyrocketed after the Katrina disaster made oil prices jump $1/gallon over night.

  • visi, that's not the point. No one is perfect. Not Palin. No one. But, the bottom line is this: OBAMA IS WORSE! There are only two people to vote for in this election, and we are suppose to pick the best one. The best one is Senator John McCain. Obama has so much trash backing him up that I can't even count all the bad facts on him. I once had a list, and not a false smear list either. A major list of factual flaws that shatter the mind.

  • Can you list 3 things from this so-called mind-shattering list?

  • Connor, try these. I'll give you five instead of three. I listed 13 reasons for the 13 Colonies on Yahoo answers of why not to vote for Obama. Here's five for you instead if the three you requested: 1)Will Ayers, 2)Reverend Jeremiah Wright, 3)Larry Sinclair, 4)he and Will Ayers' family systematically destroyed the Chicago School system 5)"I am finally proud of my country," Michelle says. That's just to start.

  • Dude...these people have NOTHING to do with Barack. Can you tell me specifically what did Obama do to "destroy the Chicago school system?"

  • Connor, obviously you have not researched Obama, and I can not sit here and explain everything to you in a comment on a thread. Please go to Chicago and find out. I sure saw the deal, and let me tell you, people are absolutely stupid and ignorant for voting Obama into office. He's a Socialist, and he will destroy this country. If you dont' believe me, go to Chicago. Talk to people. You'll see.

  • That's not enough for me. Just because some guy on YouTube says something doesn't make it fact. If this were actually the case it would have been well documented. And don't come with any "MSM is in the tank for Obama" nonsense either. I guess you're quite comfortable with 4 or more years of the same. Good luck with that.

  • I heard a really funny satirical argument the other day that all of these attacks were unfair because reality is in the tank for Obama. Good on you for not believing everything you hear on YouTube and keep up the fact checking.

  • Are you from Chicago? Have you been there recently? Have you done any research on McCain or Palin? Honestly, don't call others ignorant just because you've looked up hate mail for one candidate but not the other. If you truly believed all the stuff you say, you'd vote for Bob Barr, and be arguing that he and Nader get to participate in the debates.

  • Now, now, now... it will be okay, Visi. Grandpa McCain will take care of the country. Don't worry. Just got to wait for January, 2008.

  • Yeah, peace. :)

  • visi, when you set out to vote for a Presidential candidate, you should consider one thing above all else. Do you trust that man to have his finger on the red button? Did I trust Bush? Yep. I knew he wouldn't press it on some whim. Do I trust Hillary Clinton (I'm not a Democrat)? Sure would. Governor Palin? Yep. Trust her. McCain? 101%! Obama? No way in hell!

  • So you'd sooner trust a woman who flippantly says perhaps we should go to war with Russia over Georgia (Palin) and a man who sang "bomb, bomb bomb bomb bomb Iran" who's still enthusiastic about the war in Iraq and barely acknowledging Afghanistan (McCain) over a man who believes the first resort should be diplomacy and the last military offense (Obama) when it comes to "hand-on-the-button?"

  • Well, one thing about it. Obama's the one to bring the kind of change this country doesn't need. McCain/Palin is the least of my worries. Let's talk about the flip-flopping, lying Obama. Let's talk about 143 days in the Senate and 3 years as a Community Organizer trying for Leader of the Free World. If that doesn't scare you, I don't know what does.

  • Yes! Let's talk about it! I want issues-based discussions! Please watch the non-biased video on the economy that I have up. I appreciate any feedback, critiques or insults you may have for me.

  • Thank You, more people need to speak up like you!

  • Personally im a Hillary supporter, but if John McRogaine thinks that this moosekiller

who wants to take away our rights of choice, all the things that Hillary stood for, is going to get our support,

    HEEEESSSSSS MMMMMMMAAAAAAADDDD

  • Im glad to see that you can see thru the snowjob the neocons are blowing over the country. Hey try googling Sarah Palin on the issues, do u know what u get Nuthin

  • i think we all just need some of your humorism...

  • Saracuda!!!

  • take a breath. Seriously, if any of them are going to be even vaguely fiscally conservative, do you think it will be the Obama ticket? Not that I trust the Republicans to do so.

And just curious - are you a fiscal conservative? I would hope so, given your rant against excessive spending.

  • I don't like the terms "liberal" and "conservative" because their meaning has become the opposite of what they originally meant. Like the word "terrific." My political views are people-based and math-based. Does constructing a highway to a town of 14,000 people for $223 million dollars help people?

Not enough to balance out the cost. I come from a state where poverty is a major problem. That kind of money could be put to much better use.

  • Enjoy the Palins soap-opera and care not about the rest ,they're gonna fuck you up dem or rep either way...watch my videos.

  • Gladly. But I don't see any on your profile. Let me know what you think about the next one on the economy.
