Yes pop/country makes more than rap. Jay Z said numbers don't lie people do. In 2009 Bon Jovi-50 mil, Toby Keith-52 mil,Dave Matthews-65 mil, Coldplay, Springsteen-70 mil, Beyonce-87mil,Madonna 110mil. Rappers Jay Z 35 mil, Diddy 30 mil and Kanye 25mil. Those three rap artist have clothing lines and TV reality shows and part ownership in NBA teams. Hope I answered the question.
