Definitely looks 4WD. Here's why:

Good traction. Very little wheel spin. FWD or RWD would need much fatter tyres on driven wheels to get that traction.

Drag FWD would have firmer rear suspension.

My guess is Cosworth YB with sierra/escort drivetrain too.
