We actually have a lot~ from what I know, in our city alone... The universities that I know have an exchange student program are probably 4 or 5 or more... then there are the english language centers popping up everywhere~ in our city we have about 5 or more~

Basically they're trying to learn EENGURISH~ hehehe~ it's cheaper here compared to studying in their own country~
