well to do that youve gotta have your psp moded then what you do is enter the recovery menu and set the usb drive to flash0 and overwrite the sound file with a different one but i dont have it anymoar because ive found different themes that have their own individual sound, msg me if yu got more questions

That's weird...when I use the Crisis Core theme on my PSP, it doesn't make a different sound like yours does (instead of a tick its something else when moving from icon to icon). Is this because I don't have CFW?

yea you gotta flash your psp on flash0 and overwrite the sound file with a different sound file thers a whole bunch of tutorials on how to do this if there isnt request one
