It's the final RTM (release to manufacturer) It was finished and released to companies like Dell, HP, etc, to place on their new systems pre-loaded with Windows 7. Of course, they are the only one's who LEGALLY get it first back in August, but as of now, you can legally purchase a copy of Windows 7 considering it was released on the 22nd of this month. This video was really only for the people who couldn't keep their pants on and wanted Windows 7 right then, but yes, it's a final copy.
Also, MSDN members also got the copy of Windows 7 RTM back in August as well. MSDN is Microsoft Development, and only members were able to access the RTM for download straight from Microsoft.
i am done installing it :p and it works perfect thx. i just have som problems with installing it ( Windows 7 build 7100 ) TO ( Windows 7 RTM 7600 ) but i just chance som files to do it :p but thx anyway :p

i tested it when you click right click the explorer is 6.1.7600.16385 and user32 the same and the media player ALL THE SAME !
