Beautiful Leonard - really enjoyed this tour of your farm. Those mushrooms looks so healthy and the sliding chairs are clever. With some good music, a nice way to spend the day, picking and trimming mushrooms that you know people are going to love eating.
I would like to know if you may be able to share the way to start a family mushroom farm. I am from Mexico but I live in USA, I am willing to pay for a training time, where are you located?
