1] His pet( the crab) pinned( the stun) you, if the hunter has any idea of classskills/ talents he would turn it of cause of your dmg reduction. Or he should have used it on a heal.

2] when u got flame shock on u, u feint death on lava burst cause of the crit

3] didnt even use wyvern sting when he was low hp and bandage

etc.

A sign of a good elemental shaman in pvp is knowing how to use your totems as the situation dictates, you are TERRIBLE at it, you let a ret pally get close to you and you don't kite him.
