For future reference, The leg guards from portal mod will stop fall damage, incase you want to remake another LP or something, just so you don't QUITE have to spend all the resources on your armor set. It's 2 diamonds 4 obsidian and I think 4 iron for the set.

I think the Minefactory Reloaded tree farm can actually be more efficient than the forestry (requires extra setup, but doesn't need humus)

@direwolf20 Hey direwolf with the logistics crafting pipes you can press the import button and the crafting pipe imports the items from the autocrafting table so you dont need to waste time putting items in manually.

Hey Dire, if your going to do what i think you're going to do, (Put a huge factory much like your diamond one from your old lets play) Then you should replace the Smooth Stone flooring of your chest room with a bit of glass (Mabye just a medium square in the middle of the room) so you can see all the items buzzing around through the pipes.

assuming theres no limit on how fast a quarry can go would it be possible to make enough combustion engines to make a 64x64 quarry mine out completely in less than 5 minutes? im sure theres a limit but it would be awsome if there wasn't

Dire, you should hook up your tree farm to the Logistics Pipes network in your base using TeleportPipes. Then you can just request wood from your farm.

I've done some experimenting with refineries myself, and it says on the BC wiki page that one refinery at max efficiency is better than 4 at the lowest level. Through trial & error, I found that 3 combustion engines support 3 refineries at lowest level efficiency... or 2 refineries at max level. Much more productive. (this is with the engines running as fast as they get)

A word of advice for running 3 refineries, 5 combustion engins poweres them all completely with very little energy loss. Love your vids btw, they're the highlight of the day.

I left my automatic factory for 8 hours that uses mobius fuel, I have 10 energy collectors set up just like yours but sends mobius fuel to 50 generators (500 eu/t)thats connected to a mass fabricator to produce me uu matter, I also got a setup of quarry(64x64) to turn cobblestone to dirt then sent to 6 recylcers to make scrap to supply to my mass fabricator, so I got 7 64 stacks of uu matter and tons of mobius. So yeah I got nothing to do now

hmm.................do logistic crafting pipes work with alchemical chests? Cause what I was thinking of was connecting one to the chest which has a GED in it. Make it send 28 cobble to get 1 iron ingot. Would that work? Sense as soon as the cobble went into the chest it would near instantly get converted to clay to iron.

@xselinisx Yeah, that would probably work. I would suggest testing it out first though. Factory lines that use Equivalent Exchange and Logistics Pipes are tricky.

I think Direwolf just made it clear in this episode why is he using EquivalentExchange - the mod is balanced around itself,and when used with BUNCH of other mods.Not few of mods (like just IndustrialCraft2 and BC),because then its imba,but with bunch of mods like he has,i think its fair to use it.

You should setup the craftingtables to be able to turn cobble right to diamonds so if you need
