I've worked with Civil Air Patrol cadets, but when it comes to discipline, honor, and respect these Young Marines might be young and still learning but their definitely squared away!

No one is wearing a cover indoors, attention to detail people, it looks like they are in an outside parking garage. While it has a roof it is still considered to be outdoors, because the structure does not have 4 complete walls. Again, atention to detail!

@shorerydr10 you don't just do drills. My unit goes on TONS of trips-we went to the Pentagon once, we go on lots of camping trips, we march in lots of parades-there is a lot more to the Young Marines than just drill!

i was in Nature Coast Young Marines for 3-4 years and now im Joining the Corp, and when i get out of basic i go up rank to and e2 just b/c i put in a couple of years at young marines its the same thing as if you were in JROTC

These kids are being taught core military values, and discipline, and thats a whole lot better than alot of parents in the world today are accomplishing. I'm a US Army veteran and I think what this program does is amazing, and it should be available in more cities. Young people need things that are constructive and positive to fill their time, and this program does it.

My point was that it has bin popular for Kommunist and Nazi countries to recruit children at an early age to the military.

And when the US do the same, it feels very unsettling.

I'm in CAP and I just want to say rileyturkey's behavior is not reflective of the rest of CAP. CAP, Young marines, and Naval Sea Cadets are all great programs.

Rile ITs good that yo uare in civil air patrol but if you looked at the video and paid attention most of those young marines were fresh out of bootcamp they still need to gain knowledge.

I am proud of them for joining the Young Marines it's the greatest thing that happened in my life
