  • Yes these exercises would still be helpful 2 years post-opparticularly if you are still active in higher risk activity and athletics.

  • if i already have had acl tear but i'm 2 year post op, wud these exercises help me?

  • tcwillsey - Not every rep in life is perfect, nor is any product on the market. If you would like to purchase the full DVD, I would be happy to hear any constructive feedback you have in regard to the program itself as I am always open to learning from others with good ideas.

    Cheers!

  • love the valgus knees at :24 - probably would have edited that out

  • wish i've seen this before i got my rupture.

  • I would seek a surgical consult and see how bad the meniscus tear is. Preserving that will help you stave off early arthritis later in life. If you want to be active and do pivoting or cutting activities you will likely need to have a repair since it feels unstable. Your age and activity level will play a major role in opting for surgery as well as the graft choice if you have a reconstruction.

  • man help me.....i ruptured my acl along with medial meniscus with tear.. a month ago.....i cant walk......it feels like unstable....should i go for surgery???

  • @hassan4117 YES i snapped my acl playing football sooner you have the op sooner you will be back to normal, you may have a couple of days of pain after the op but the medication cures that XD

  • @GeneratedUK friend.......i also ruptured mine ...playing football....nd i couldnt imagine even a single day without playing football....i ant go for surgery as i wld hav to miss university.....it has been 3 months...i can walk but cant run

  • You are doing great work. Love women athletes. My heart breaks when I see a woman hurt in sports. Their safety is job #1.

  • band training is the best thing ever

  • thanks for this videotutrial

  • I really like this promo. I am a strength coach and private softball instructor. I love band work and am passionate about preventing injuries for my athletes through proper training. Looks like you are doing a great job, coach!

  • @sb34chick Thanks. Yes, bands are a great tool and I like giving coaches a minimalist approach so they can do on field work efectively to reduce injuries. You too keep up the good prevention work.
