Morimoto is an Ass*ole I asked if my son could get a photo with him at Chelsea's market and he totally blew us off and walked away what a JERK I would never eat at his resturaunt.

Ginger is used to cleanse the palate, not rice wine. Nihonshu is traditionally not consumed with sushi, due to the rice base of the meal clashing with the rice base of the beverage. Green tea is usually drank with sushi- or more popular: beer. But I digress...
