@estriker5 Salads really. But, you need carbs so eat potatoes, pastas etc. If you do heavy exercises, you might have to eat alot since it'll be burned. Also, instead of not eating your favorite foods, get alternatives like Turkey Bacon instead of bacon, or tofu. Tofu acquires the taste of whatever you cook it in. Just google. :) Or go to sixpackshortcuts (He has videos here)

Getting six pack is really a hard work.. You should exercise daily and have some fat burning foods. I started exercising 2 months ago and now I have built a wonderful six pack abs. I did lots of crunches and leg raising.. Had some good supplements for muscle building..
