  • Hi. I just turned 14 about a month ago. I do 220 ab crunches a week and ive played soccer my whole life in upper leagues. But the reason I dont have abs is because I dont eat right alot.. So can someone please reply to this comment on what foods to eat that will help me with this problem?? Lol

  • @estriker5 Salads really. But, you need carbs so eat potatoes, pastas etc. If you do heavy exercises, you might have to eat alot since it'll be burned. Also, instead of not eating your favorite foods, get alternatives like Turkey Bacon instead of bacon, or tofu. Tofu acquires the taste of whatever you cook it in. Just google. :) Or go to sixpackshortcuts (He has videos here)

  • @estriker5 some ideas for foods to eat would be, chicken, fish, salads, turkey, oatmeal, fruits, veggies, ETC. Just stay away from sugar and processed foods.   • @Casper4299 till your 21 and can get one at the liquor store. LOL JK all i can say is that the secret of having the body you want is hard work and the discipline to achieve that body you want. I'd say though that 80/90 % of your success is what you put in your mouth. I see people walking by the beach every morning as a workout while holding a latte. They are consuming more calories than they are using by walking.

  • YES BECUASE YOU REALLY CAN GET A SIX PACK IN 3 MINUTES USING A COUCH CANT YOU!!! All you need to do is about an hour of exercise a day with a sctrict diet so probaly eating healthy soup. Doing that for a few months should get you fit.
