So... Every costume has a diffrent song? Or are the costumes just for looks?

Just for looks. Each Costumes has its own individual status bonus (like faster singing % rate or better Harmonics or more MP, etc).

So you have a choice of either picking a costume for looks or for better gameplay efficiency.

Just for looks I would say. Because you craft songs, you don't get songs with the costumes.
