If Deafs wanted to say something like, "You compleat me", which has no ASL counterpart, we would Sign something like:
ALONE (toward you), ALONE (toward me), JOIN (moved from your side and my side and connecting in the middle), A-OKAY.
There is no definitive way to Sign this, or anything else, just as there is no one definitive way to say things in English, but this would be one good option.
@CLDeafies I looks like "You make me feel whole" to me. But I'm hearing, so... not as knowledgable. I would agree that it's not real ASL, but I always thought the guy was supposed to be hearing and the woman Deaf.
Bunjer is absolutely right. This is not ASL. The term "ASL" is used WAY too freely. This would be on par with a Hearing person saying, "Big feel you me". That is not proper English. And this is not proper ASL. This is not how we Sign at all.
actually its not what deaf people sign at all.. but how hearing people talk, or think!, ASL is reverse of english but at times have it's own signed vocabulary. This translation wont be close for this case.. What the guy said to the gal signed exact english! commenters keep saying wow awesome etc.. while I roll my eyes and say ugh.. If a hearing person ask how you sign "You make me whole" Actually No ASL for it! Maybe I would sign: 110% me why you! using facial expressions and body language.
i love it its so sweet!!

He is not using the Sign COMPLETE or WHOLE. That Sign "spins" all of the way round.

He Signed, "You make me feel big". (BIG can also mean A LOT.)

These people are both Deaf actors. I have seen them in other projects. The man has an ASL teaching programme.

I might be wrong, but it looks like he actually says something more like, "You make me complete"...

Sorry, this was driving me crazy. The more I look at it, the more it looks like "You make my heart _____" (whole?)
Anybody know what the last word is?

he said "You make me feel whole/complete" but the concept is the same.

I spent ages trying to figure out how to say "you complete me" in sign when suddenly I remembered this clip from Jerry Maguire.
