nah what she has right is the twist wrist thing, its the same with pouring wine you twist the bottle to avoide drips, and yes there is alot of "waste" left in that shaker and yes double strain any cocktail that will be in a martini glass to avoid the ice chips at the top, but to santaTheho, twist the shaker a bit and snap up. she has the finish right, but check out 5 star wine serving.

i don't know but when you stop like this it looks like there is still quit much inside so the guest is wondering if he pays for that aswell
