...the erotic, symbiotic attractions (unsrestrained by these images) truly show yet another facet of Dan's allure and life that cannot be overstated. So well done JMEagle101!...
This has always been my all time favorite song. Its melody is hauntingly beautiful, and cuts to the core. I was 23 when this song came out. The romanticism of this ballard is bittersweet and deeply touching to me. It holds significance to me and my life for many reasons. Its even my email addy. LOL Love this song, thanks for making such a sweet video to go along with it. Superbly done.
You have such a fantastic talent, to make these vids, with the fabulous voice of Dan singing, Thank you. Please continue what you do. you bring tears of joy to this o0ld mans eyes.
Daniel Grayling Fogelberg was born on August 13, 1951 in Peoria, State of Illinois U.S.A. and he passed away past December 16, 2007 in Deer Isle, State of Maine U.S.A. at the age of 57 years old., Fogelberg was a singer, songwriter, composer and multi-instrumentalist whose music was inspired by source as diverse as Folk, Pop, Rock, Classical, Jazz, and Bluegrass music. His double album "The Innocent Age" released in 1981 was his best work indeed. Dan Rest In Peace.
JM Eagle Thank you, you do such great videos, Dan was wonderful, his music is beyond awesome, I saw him every chance he came to town. Never wanted the show to end. I have always loved this particular song.
I live in the Magnolia State (MS), and got to see Dan debut this song on his solo acoustic tour in Jackson, MS in 1981. I was a junior in high school, and it was the first (and best) concert I've ever seen. R.I.P. Dan. You are sorely missed.
Thank you, Bill. Absolutely lovely video to go with yet more of Dan's wonderful music. The Southern images are wonderful, as are the pictures you added of our never to be forgotten Dan, singing with such feeling in his one of a kind Dan way. Beautful song.. I know he would be so proud of all you create in your "Ever On" creations. I love them all. As always, "Let It Shine"!
Even a person far away from the states can appriciate this kind of music. And I must say, the pictures following the tune is awsome. It´s really a sad song and I like the soft nice clarinet solo.
Oh my goodness...JMEagle101, you are doing some beautiful work here. Thank you. It's a rainy day today in South Georgia. I call it a Dan Fogelberg day. I've always loved his music no matter what the weather is like, but on a gray and rainy day it seems to seep even deeper into my soul. So, I came here to enjoy some of his videos. I didn't know what a nice surprise I would find. This Sweet Magnolia would just like to thank you again. You honor Dan well.
A very lovely and sensual video creation, Bill and River. The images are wonderful! Of course, the music is wonderful, too! I'm sorry, Bill, that I've been late in viewing your creations - sometimes I am this foolish dreamer...
Magnificent video! This is Peter from Hong Kong. Thanks so much for the hard work, Bill. Please keep uploading these beautiful songs from Dan for us to share.
Being a southern girl myself this has always been one of my favorites. Thank you so much for making such a beautiful video...you always do. You always do justice to our Danny's songs...thank you. :-)
Fanastic! I love all Dan did, but especially this one when I bought the cassette in '84 or '85. I adapted it to guitar so I could play it, and still do.
One of my very favorite Dan songs... so romantic - and what a voice ... so passionate and moving... soft and soothing. I SO wish more people knew of his songs like this... thank you :)
Oh , the Maggie era of Dan's writing! Dan was at his best when he wrote what he was passionate about.,and he was passionate about Maggie, a southern belle! A song written about their relationship. You can feel the sparks coming off this song!
Ohhhhhh Bill, I'm almost in tears...it turned out so beautiful, and matches the song so well..it's stunning, and you are a dear friend for giving me your friendship, and your time to created such an amazing gift! From both of us, thank you from the bottom of our hearts..thank you soooo much!
Lovely vid to go with a beautiful song . . .

JMEagle101 any thoughts of doing other songwriters? Possibly that Canadian icon - Gordon Lightfoot?

What a sweet lyrical sojourn spun as only Dan could do it. Thanks for the great visuals!
