@ChuckNoarus it was not a license renewal, that would only be 29 bucks. This was to get my license back from a suspension i got from when i vomited while hand-cuffed in the back of a police vehicle. The really infuriating part about the offense is i've already paid over 700 in fines to the court as well as 48 hours community service and the DMV decides to slap me with a 90-day suspension and this bullshit elevated fee to get my license back. this doesn't happen in most states.

Next time i would be sure to get the name of the supervisor who said i could use coin. I tried to get some law enforcement agency, like the secret service or treasury, but no one actually enforces currency laws, so i found out by talking to the treasury.
