By the way. From what I can understand from your ideas, Metroid Prime is really a great example of simulation and conveying a story (mostly) without cutscenes. Check the article called "Citizen Prime: Is Metroid Prime Our Citizen Kane?"

i doubt any nintendo game system in the next 5 years will have any processor power to be able to support your idea.

there are games that let you choose your own storyline Mario like "Mass Effect" "Mass Effect 2" "Dragon Age" and "Oblivion" but pretty good video. btw this is Vince XD

@somthineLCe Thanks Louie. I was having trouble trying to shorten the delay between shots, but I guess since my video was in 1080i, it would make it do funny things like go off sync and stuff. Plus, movie maker seems to make HD not HD anymore, so I dunno what I'll do for next time; go 720p, or just make windows movie maker videos, then put it in again and cut out the delays even more, I dunno.

Interesting vid man, the gaming industry really does need to move in a new direction if it ever wants to be taken seriously by mainstream audiences... hopefully we'll see something at this E3 as to where the next generation is heading
