Eso se llama primer, en casi cualquier tienda de cosméticos lo tienen o puedes hacerla tú (aquí en el canal tengo un vídeo de cómo hacerla, se llama Primer Casero). A la paleta cuál te refieres, a la que usa en este vídeo o en otros? Mándame si quieres un mensaje privado y te lo explico mejor :)

El pegamento para pestañas es un pegamento especial que suele venir incluido con las pestañas postizas, aunque a veces no es muy bueno y no pega casi.

Puedes comprar pegamento para pestañas en tu droguería o tienda de cosméticos o buscando en Ebay(punto)com (en el de España no tienen nada) "false lashes glue".
