  • THE BEST BAND TO!!!!

  • JUST TO AMAZING!!!!!! THE BEST SONG IN THE WORLD! these people dont understand anything plant is saying but they still love it cause its so amazing!

  • Led Zeppelin are, and were, the greatest rock band ever. Period.

  • Great great performance. Not one bum note from Jimmy? Wow!

  • Roberts voice is right on here. Hard to pull off on this song. Hard to see the boys jamming but the Vid has good sound...Makes up for the rest

  • Led Zeppelin,is more popular than probably any other band in the world /even today. ask the dude at the drive thru,or the guy who delivers your pizza ,or your buddy who plays bass gutair,,just the everyday person who just knows what he likes honestly will answer LED ZEPPELIN

  • @z1inspector well i think the rolling stones can best em :P

  • @TheIaidoka

    LOL, IN WHAT WAY?

jimmy smokes kieth,in composition & ability

jonsey & bonham = nothing needs to be said

    PLANTs voice,lyrics .

stones hav done some great stuff in the past , i will say that

  • @z1inspector i mean by impact , both bands are like pinnacles of rock but its like this without stone- no hard rock as we know it , no zepelllin - no heavy metal as we know it

  • @TheIaidoka i understand that some things hada happen "musicly" prior to Led zeppelin ,

however OVER all zeps impact is still the MOST valid

but i cant deny early stones,

(BTW Robert plant likes the "stones")

  • peter was the original "shoognight" but genuinley cared for led zeppelin/ not like shoognight /just about rippin people off.

BUT if ya tried to rip off led zeppelin, peter & cole were really known to hang your ass out over the balcony/ if youd see them openin a window people wer known to run outa the room / true story told by a zep roadie.

  • I dont think so...they all worshipped him for making them millionaires and changing the way musicians were always ripped off.Peter Grant made sure the musicians got the money!PeterGrant was a genius in rock-management!

  • @RevrendJohnson

i dont think so,peter was like family & jimmys main dude!!

  • @RobDFrizzle HEY

  • this is the day the us stock market went over 1000

  • This is a fake. Take a look at 2.91 to 3.03. Jimmy is using a bow in the song. You can see him waving it in the air. His movements don't go with song. Mark my word. Check it out.

  • that doesnt mean its fake lol it means it as a silent film

  • You're a dumbass.

  • Yeah you still are the dumbass because you spelled dumbass wrong you dip shit.

  • sorry to buy gettin blown froom ur mom

  • Plant announces Bron-Yr-Aur Stomp as next song. this conforms with the running order of the most of the Japan shows in autumn 1972...

  • The recording itself is not in question. It's the video that does not match the recording. Two different shows. Still great to listen to.

  • dancing days!

  • cant be 72 houses of the holy was not out yet

  • It is 72'. Just because ITTOD wasnt released in time for Knebworth it didn't mean they couldn't run half the numbers off it for the Copenhagen warm ups and Knebworth itself. Same with Stairway in early 71' when they had written it and gigged it about 10 times before IV was released.

  • Huh?

  • yea there albums came out before other people lol

  • in several Japan shows there are three previews of the Houses of the Holy album. these are Dancing Day following SIBLY, The Crunge as an instrumental part in Dazed and Confused and The Ocean as the final encore.

  • i wonder what the japanese thought about them

  • @ThatGuyThatMakesVide

From what I hear. Artists always compliment the Japanese audience. Really quite as they perform and always wait for the last note to be played before letting out a pleasing cry. For sure whatever they're a fan of, they show the greatest appreciation.

  • jimmy was born in england

  • really

  • lucky for whoever filmed this that peter grant or any of the members didn't see him in the crowd!

    he woulda gotten shit kicked.

  • もし、自分が当時の高校生だったら・・・

    という妄想が楽しめました。

    だって、間違いなくこういう視点で観てたでしょうから・・・。

  • @dadgad1977

    I AGREE (i think) lol

  • Zeppelin bootlegs from Japan always seem to be great performances.Always something different.

  • jimmy is jappenese did ya know that?

  • I think actually he is of Chinese descent ,on his mother's side ,If I am not mistaken.

  • He's half Korean

  • Comment removed

  • @abrahamlincoln0900

yup, 1/8 i believe / but whatever he is / i love him to death!!

he is aboslutley most amature or garage band gutair players favorite ax slinger

  • Very rare-8mm film and casette recording? Get out of here!

  • You can still the see the hair flips in tiny B&W - fabulous!

  • LED ZEPPELIN FOREVER!

  • Nice version of DD!!

The video footage looks like they are playing Dazed And Confused. It's a bit blurry but it looked like Page was doing his bow solo at one point.

  • I like the Japan bootleg videos because the crowd is silent and you can hear the band great.

  • I was among them then.

    I was Dreamin'.

  • @DoDaDa111 thats too funny, but very true :)

  • ZEPPELIN ROCK`s

  • cool!

  • well, they scream now. unless its ozzy, i saw an ozzy dvd from a pretty recent show in japan and he was trying to get the crowd fired up, but they were all just staring at him like "wtf?" it was hilarious, cause he was really pissed at them.

  • WOW her tits are reALLY nice! just like mine! D

  • This is a trip! Really cool! Thank you! This was played before the song officially came out. I love when that happens.

  • wheres the screaming audience?

  • No screaming in Japan, there too polite. I have 3 boots, and they clap and cheer after a song is over.

  • Then Cheap Trick broke those little nippers out of their shell ! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH DADDY IS ALRIGHT !

  • Love this song!!! Never heard a live recording of it. Thanks for the post. Even when Zepp gets a bit sloppy there is no one who can touch the pure creativity of their music. Arigato..!!!

  • You can hear this song live in the "How The West Was Won" CD

  • It's Red Zepperin!

  • you mean red repperin

  • ahahahahahahahaha

  • YESSS!!! Red Repperin is related to Roudness

  • @sabbath994 hey brother RIP Ronnie James DIO

  • Gotta love the blatant introduction for "Bron-Y-Aur Stomp". "Alright, now we're gonna sit down and sing a song about a dog."

  • Great upload-thanks! I've always LOVED this song-one of my themes then! Please post more:-)

  • OMG! DANCING DAYS?!?! When Led Zeppelin made this song they thought it was bad! But they're doing the song NOW! This is SUPER RARE!

  • Dancing Days was played during their 1972 and 1973 tours. It was later brought back a few times during the acoustic set of their 1977 American tour.

  • The following night would be the last we would ever hear Plant hit the high notes. Fortunately several audience members recorded it...along with the rest of the 1972 Japan tour.

  • they sound like the kick ass fuckin band that they are...greatest of all time...there will never be another band like em..not even close..

  • wow !! Dancing Days live. this is a rare find. Despite the poor sound quality it sounds like a great performance.

  • its not that rare to find live its on how the west was won.

  • It's an audience recording. One of several sources from this show. It's very good quality. This was not a Britney Spears production.

  • Great upload-adore this song. Thanks for posting this! Please post more:-)

  • that's actually really good sound quality, i mean the video is shit, but the audio is great!

  • Anyone have the boot of LZ playing "It'll Be Me" ? That was a kickass cover.

  • May 22, 1977, Tarrant County Convention Center, Fort Worth, Texas. Got it.

  • Sweet, can you post it?!?!

  • I have no idea how to post anything. Plus it's only an audio source. No video/film exist of this show. But you can seek out traders on the internet for the complete show on audio.

  • Try to post it! Please!

  • I think it was from the fort worth show in 77', Mick Ralphs played with them, great cover. Wish they had done more like it on that tour too many of the nights were so similar.

  • Seriously...I used to trade boots all the time in Goldmine magazine back in the day. Now all this good stuff is on YouTube. Fantasic!

  • Been listening to this boot for years...and now here it is on utube. Whee ha!

  • what the hell does" lion with a tadpole in the jar " mean

  • who cares they would rock even if they used lyrics from the yardbirds LMAO (hint: listen to the dazed and confused from the yardbirds and youll see what i mean)

  • My brother went this concert... He did'nt take me... coz I was 11 years old...He was 14.

  • What a bitch!

  • Love this song-thanks for the upload, plese post more!

  • This video shows a performance of Dazed and Confused but the audio is Dancing Days. Trippy.

  • you can find a live version of dancing days on "how the west was won"

  • Yeah Rog...enjoy your dancing days

,you deserve it ,there are bad times ahead

    ,good times will reappear though.

  • That is awsome! Everyone who has old awsome bootlegs, load them up!

  • Yeah, but on the RAPIDSHARE!

  • i have kashmir at earls court and i feel specil

  • Awesome! I never knew they did Dancing Days live. If you or anyone else has anymore rare concert footage please share it with me. Led Zeppelin is my #1 favorite band.

  • they played it quite a bit especially in 72 and did an accoustic version the last night in LA in 77. Try and get "Studi Daze" it has a very good live version of Dancind Days on it, plus a better studi mix of "thats the way" a slightly different studio version of "since i ve been loving you" and a unreleased Blues Medley song plus some other outtakes and a great live version of What is and should never be.

  • これはすごすぎる 日本のLiveの動画があったとは

    他の曲はあるのでしょうか? 演奏はdesed and ~のような気がしますが。それにしても歴史的な発見では!

  • What does that say?

  • Apparently it says: This is too Killer Japan Live video was the

Other songs are there? Playing is desed and to the feeling that the. Anyway history

    - Discovered in!

    HAHAHAHA

  • the music and film are not the same occasion

  • you guys, Japanese people think it's more like, "disrespectful" in a way to shout and scream and do all these crazy things while someone is performing. they'd rather listen to the music, and plus, they didn't even know what Robert is singing anyways lol.

i'm Japanese myself so i can say that

  • i totally agree> it is a form of respect. i wish we had more of that here.

  • This footage is from a Zeppelin bootleg dvd collection called "Assemblage"....it came out about 6 months ago.....some great stuff on it.

  • hmm I'm going to have to look for that

  • fisheadsinternational

  • whoever you are who posted this stuff..you are one fricken die hard fan!!! are these all bootlegs or stuff you taped?

  • Im seeing an awful lot of new vids on here this being on eof 'em,im not complaining thou! id just like to know how they are suddenly coming out of the wood work?

  • How did the guy who posted this get all of these videos? I have never seen this stuff before....

  • how did he get shot 9 times,Did he shoot himself? He sucl dick Zeppelin all the way

  • HAHA 50 cent... I can't wait until the massive rap fad is over. real rock'n'roll will be back

  • 50 cent's only good for target practice lol

  • hey, if it hadn't been for Led Zep he probably haven't had the song candy shop. Led Zeppelin made a song called Candy Store Rock.

and i dont get how you can compare 50 cent to led zeppelin.

  • wtf? Hev you ever heard 50 cent speak? The belligerent nigger is a dumb-ass. You can't compare 50 bullshit to Led Zeppelin!

  • HAHAHAHAHAH lo that was a joke

how can u even compare them its like saying jimmy page doesnot like playing guitar hahahahahahahhaha

    i love led zeppelin though

  • 50 cent sucks led zeppelin is the best

  • This is from 1972? Dancing Days came out in 1973 in the Houses Of The Holy album, but its a pretty gnarly video

  • Work on HoH started way back in '72, though.

Another example: AC/DC didn't release If You Want Blood You've Got it until summer of '79, but the song was in their catalog since early '78.

  • ooohh alright, i didnt know that lol

  • led zeppelin used to play alot of songs live before they were released on the album, they kinda did it to give them a taste of wut was to come

  • does someone have "stariway" of this concert? ? ? ?

  • i have the whole show

  • very underrated zep tune, I wish the metal idiots would stop calling them heavy metal, they pure greatness
