they played it quite a bit especially in 72 and did an accoustic version the last night in LA in 77. Try and get "Studi Daze" it has a very good live version of Dancind Days on it, plus a better studi mix of "thats the way" a slightly different studio version of "since i ve been loving you" and a unreleased Blues Medley song plus some other outtakes and a great live version of What is and should never be.
