Awesome Video Roger. I am 20 years old with an Az license and I can't wait to travel out that way. I go out west every year for a Deer Hunting trip except this time I wanna be goin out that way for work in a Rig. Im glad you post the vids. It is always a pleasure to watch them :).
@stubartron No, the reason for the very limited amount of footage of a one hour drive is that my camera has a very small memory, and as I was driving while I filmed this, I have to admit to holding the camera when I could manage to do it. This is one of my favourite stretches of road IN THE WORLD, and there is no reason to not film Lake Helen Reserve. My apologies mate.
That is a long lonely stretch of road in the winter,I have travelled it myself.I was at that Husky for a day and a half once coming back from Edmonton with a D8 Cat on waiting for the roads to re open and be cleared up so I could go.
Great video man, thanks for the ride. It looks really cold up there...
Por cierto el coche del minuto 2:10 es de los que yo llamo de escalestric, que van con la línea divisora de carril entre las ruedas. Les debe dar miedo arrimarse a la derecha...
haha... I've watched ur videos (really enjoy them) but I dont know if u did one where u showed ur truck inside and out like a "tour"... that would be cool
Yes, I've always thought that Canada looks somewhat alike to Norway. I'll have to check it out. My drea is to drive my Renault 4 from Tarifa to Norkaap.
Wow! That is some very beautiful scenery! & they pay you to drive through here? *Razz*
Awesome tunage as well! Hadn't heard this one in a Beavers age! Looked like Duck309's cousin at the 5:22 mark! LOL! I'll say it again. That sure is a sweet looking ride you've got there!
Trust me, it happens. And it's not funny. In some cases, the Police have to be present to regulate the traffic. It dosn't seem so in this video, because it was Boxing Day, but there can be a lot of truck traffic in this area.
First road I ever paved back in '96.

I would hate to break down in some of those areas...Doesn't look like there were any shoulders to pull off on.
