Yoga is not just a exercise. its combination of physical exercise, cleaning of chakras on soul, meditation and spirituality to take us closer to God. Its for both mental and physical health, its part of Hindu Religion, Is is form of worship. Calling it Christian Yoga, Sufi Yoga etc is Rip Off.
