  • Wtf I'm still alive

  • NONE OF THE 100 OR SO TRAINED POLICE PIGS USED A PAIR OF $50 BINOCULARS TO IDENTIFY THE GUN BEING WIELDED BY THE MEXICAN? WHY NOT? WTF?

  • i live in brownsville texas, and this isn't a surprise. cummings is the ghetto-est school around here. and if any body stopped to say wait, WHY did he bring a gun, well the answer is his girlfriend was sent to BAC (jail for minors) and he wanted to go with her!! thats really stupid, i understand loving her, but in jail, guys and girls get separated, and he should've dropped the gun when he was asked if thats the case, you don't aim a gun at a cop, you're digging your own grave.

  • This bitch and her dumbass shw is stupid as fuck, you dont even know the facts, man, get off your fucking high horse, you stupid idiot!!

  • And how were the cops supposed to know it was fake? Very sad, but I wouldn't call it excessive force. The three bullet wounds were due to a "failure to stop drill" where it's two in the chest one in the head. No apology is needed.

Non-threatening? Are you fucking high? Un-sub'd

  • Damn right, the cops did the right thing!! That's why in Canada you have to be at least old enough to get a firearms license, b4 you can go and buy a pellet gun... We don't even allow squirt or cap guns that look even remotely realistic to be sold in our stores. When a pellet gun is 500 PSI, It is considered a deadly weapon. Silly little infringing laws like that SAVE lives PERIOD!!

  • @clinmo shut the fuck up

  • @aerosmithlover2011 Truth hurts doesn't it. If they were going to shot him why not a shot to the arm with the gun. He would have dropped it. Or hell were are there tasers?? Besides is it not your country's 2nd amendment, that allows you to bare arms???? No wonder they shot first and asked questions later! Duh!!

  • @clinmo In the US a person must be 21 years of age to open carry a gun and 18 to buy one ( Diffrent states diffrent rules) However he was 15 3 years to young to carry adn firearm. Also he was to far away to use TASERs. Shooting to arm is a hard target to hit and that is not how police are trained. Police are Trained to hit center mass (torso) They only shot when Jaime pointed the gun at the student and the officers thought he was going to kill the other kid.

  • Can anybody tell me how you would shoot to disarm a gunman? Do you walk up and kneecap them while they are pointing a gun at you?

  • I agree the kid deserved it. You don't point point a pellet at police and expect they won't fire there 9mm. At you

  • @teriyakisocks their*

  • @teriyakisocks Police carry .40 cals, not 9mm.

  • TOP FIVE 911 TWOOFER LIES

    1) Nanothermite (aka paint chips from PPG)

    2) No flight 93 (despite 95% of plane debris recovered)

    3) No flight 77 (even though over 130 witnesses saw a plane)

    4) Marvin Bush WTC security (never happened)

    5) Free fall speed (absolutely no building collapsed at freefall speed)

  • Alyona, as sexy as you are I gotta keep it real. This kid brought a WEAPON to school and was technically considered a "gunman". He was given multiple warnings by police to drop the gun and he didn't. He then POINTED the gun at the officers. I would have shot him too... Don't blame the cops, they were just doing their job. The kid made a horrible decision and he deserves the blame... Having said that, this is a tragedy and my prayers go to the kid's friends and family.

  • 15 or 50, point a gun at a cop and suffer the consequences.

  • wow...I'm shocked...she has got to be one of the dumbest tunnel visioned people I have ever seen......shoot to disarm??? That is pretty stupid

  • @imperiallion ..."white wanna be black redneck"...lulz...you, racist, ASS-hat!

  • I personally think the police did the right thing. I mean seriously if your a white wanna be black redneck, hispanic and especially if your a minority like any type of black child you have it coming if your going to take a toy gun that looks that life like. You can argue about me all you want but honestly that is the cold truth a cop has seconds to figure out if your for real and gangster encouraged groups should take a bitter look at whats coming if they promote that life style this happens

  • Are you kidding me? Let's put you in an instance where someone points something like a firearm and see what you do. The variables that those officers had to deceiver in that situation were immense and they knew the consequences. You don't think it haunts them that a kid was dead? How could they know that if they wounded him that he would drop the weapon? They did the right thing, the kid made the mistake of pointing a the pellet gun at them. And pellet guns CAN KILL. It's just a bit harder.

  • @pyramidhead138 ...anything I say has everything to do with something.

  • Before they showed the gun, with the way this woman was describing this incident, I expected them to show a picture of a banana. Wow, really lady? By the way, a pellet gun is still a GUN. It is a firearm and while not nearly as effective as a 44 magnum they are still fully capable of killing a person.

  • The newpaper is saying that the Gonzalez family has hired an attorney, I guess to look this over; however, I think is was more the lawyer hired the family for an opportunity of fame and fortune. Now officer did you shoot with your strong or weak eye, what kind of underwear did you wear that morning? Where did you park your patrol car, I mean was it illegally parked? How many children/staff were frightened with a kid a gun..how many of you would believe it was a pellet gun if pointing at you?

  • @TheSamanthaPonce ...Nice observation. Alyona Minkovski IS an "officer"...she is an American Public (...and, Canadian/Aussie/UK Useful Idiot...) DIS-information Officer, on behalf of Russia and The Kremlin. Lies, lies, and more lies...

  • While I agree that the cops should have used rounds to disable the young boy rather than kill him out right, pellet guns that most young people are highly similar to real guns, and there isnt a really good way of telling if its the real thing or not without it being shot.

Im quite certain if that same pellet gun was waved in Alyona's face, she'd be ducking for cover. Its a tragic loss, but that also doesnt excuse you from handling what appears to be a real piston on school grounds.

  • I guess it doenst take to much to be a reporter ...just a pretty face...she got her facts all wrong...and there was not three shots only two ...and not in head..get ur fact before coming out and reporting it..maybe she should be a police officer since she know so much!

  • Stupid liberal hippies are the same morons who focus more on gay "rights" over our economy/military situation.....they're just plain dumb.

Police are trained to shoot if their life s put in danger. LOOK AT THE WEAPON....from far away it looks just like a regular handgun.... Stupid degenerate deserved it....I guess his crying mommy never taught him how to behave like a normal person.

  • Just plain STUPID !!!!

  • No. No no no. I don't agree with the increasing overuse of force by the police, but we have to meet somewhere that's not an extreme on either side. Kids get shot at school. People die needlessly by armed students. That is the reality we live in today. That is a high pressure situation and if that kid was dumb enough to point that pellet gun at the cops (which look extremely real), then that's Darwin's Law.

  • When are you going to address this farce?

  • @TheAlyonaShow I don't know if this is you or if this is a fan however I will adress some things you reported wrong. The teen was not shot in the head that was a cut from the fall. Police have never and will never shoot to disarm if they pull their gun the intent is to stop the threat. Shooting to wond can and will get the officer killed.Shooting to wound only works in the movies. You admit it looks like a gun so if I point a gun at you and you have a gun would you not defend yourself?

  • Hey, everyone who is saying the cops were justified... remember, they wear bullet proof vests.

  • @HLSRTMA Bullet proof vest....on there heads?

  • @HLSRTMA Do you know who bullet proof vest work? Even though they still have it on an injury is not uncommon all it does is stop the bullet the force that bullet was carrying is still going though. An officer could easly get a broken rib. The tv shows that shows an officer getting hit then he just jumps back up is not how it happens at all.

  • @popemobil74 said cop would then get put on leave until they were healed, as opposed to a citizen whom they are paid to protect being dead. Wake up, and look around. Cops are public servants, they exist FOR the citizens protection. Not to harm people.

  • @HLSRTMA Cops do exist for citizens protection. Are you suggesting the officer should be shoot first before shooting back? Are you saying the kid should have killed someone before the police reacted? The police did nothing wrong here it was the kid killing himself but instead of using his gun he made the cops use theirs

  • This reporter's a retard. does she think every police officer is a commando? whats wrong with commending an officer for doing his job CORRECTLY? What else are you supposed to do when someone's pointing a gun (real or fake) at you? Nobody should be pointing a weapon at anybody, especially an armed officer. fuckin hippie faggots

  • For those who condemn the officers, put yourself in their position for one, and say whether you would shoot or not. I'm sure YOU could afford to make that mistake with someone that is armed and get shot, but myself, I would ten ring his ass.

  • @kiddterralv ...It is "not excessive", because it is NOT true...it was twice in the chest, and the head wound was from the backwards fall. I see that you are a UK useful idiot, so probably just don't know any better...but please stop falling victim to, and being a MARK by spreading, The Kremlin & Alyona's falsehoods.

  • Negotiation skills vs shoot first appologise later is an issue.

Commending people for making a mistake is an issue.

Shooting to kill someone you honestly believe to be pointing a gun is not an issue, that was the right thing to do. Firstly, there is no such thing as shoot to disarm, that's for movies. Shooting for centre mass ends fights quickly, which means less people die. Secondly, you don't want people faced with this decision in the future to have to spend a fatal moment second guessing

  • Maybe the cops did what they had to do...But you don't publicly COMMEND your officers after a tragic situation. That just shows you how simple minded these Brownsville townies are and therefore you shouldn't be surprised about tragic things like this happening. Obviously someone with proper training should have been called to convince the boy to drop the toy.

  • I bet this degenerate's parents will cry ever time they watch "A Christmas Story" from now on, hah.

  • @TheWhiteBeerBong I would take that bet. You'll find that simple minded people are some of the most resilient. Their minds dont take them to the same depths as you and I. Assuming your somewhat intelligent as the opinionated rhetoric that you constantly spew onto youtube. I would also raise the bet and lay 3 to 1 that you would cry in more situations in life than they. I happen to be a gambler and I'd prob end up taking your fathers house. I also know a squealer when I see one, and you are one.

  • Comment removed

  • lulz, look at that fake ass cry.

  • Haha...JUST as expected...this stupid 'ho blatantly LIES about shit; then, just simply pretends as if it never even happened...What disgusting, Kremlin directed, Russian Propaganda Fuckery...that's just some pussy-ass Russian BULLshit...y'all bitches make me sick!! Lulz...

  • @Y0UT00B3R1

    Directed By: Niko Bellic

    ha...

  • This reporter is an idiot. The officers did what they needed to do. The force was NOT excessive. Tragic, yes. Excessive or unwarranted? NO.

  • @jajang829 ah stfu. for some reason cops these days have it in their head that everyone with a gun must be shot at. it wasn't excessive force, who cares about unwarranted. those were all FEAR shots. cops have become DUMBASSES.

  • @jajang829 Not excessive? He was shot killed with three bullets and one at the back of the head, how the fuck is that not excessive.

  • @jajang829 Commendable? NO.

  • *any worse than it has been before.

  • I'm from around the area and first of all he wasn't shot in the head he fell and injured his head after getting shot, he was shot in the chest and stomach. Second, he wasn't some ghetto kid from the barrio(hood) from what was on the news he was a "good kid in school" and "church boy" Third, officers aren't trained to shoot to injure, they're trained to shoot to kill. And third, he wasn't saying good job to the officer for killing the boy, he was saying good job on not letting the situation get

  • Alyona is wrong, if he had a gun and he was turning to shoot they are trained to shoot back, and its not as easy as you might think to just shoot to disarm someone in a situation like that. If what they say is true and it looked like he was about to turn the gun on one of them i would shoot first and ask questions later too, if it was a real gun do you want the cops to take a bullet just to make sure its a real gun before taking him out since its a 14 year old.

  • @SirJosephLantzalot Continued... The cops did what they are supposed to do try and control the situation with out anyone getting hurt, and if their life is threatened they are allowed to use deadly force. Now if it turns out that the kid didn't even turn around with the gun and it looked like he was about to shoot and they just shot him in the back without telling him to drop the gun and lay on the floor then the cops are in the wrong. but with everything that was in the video the cops..........

  • @SirJosephLantzalot Continued... had to make a spit second decision because they thought they were in danger, yes in the end it turned out it wasn't a real gun but they didn't know that at the time.

  • @VanguardTommy and you are an ignorant Internet troll

  • @VanguardTommy also by the use of the word jizz, im guessing you're in pre-school... go play with your dolls.

  • @VanguardTommy and everyone else; When an officer is trained they are taught to fire when a gun is being pointed. The pellet gun looks fairly similar to a real pistol. Thus, then the moronic 8th grader pointed the weapon at the police they had all the reason they needed to fire.

If they had not fired, there would've been a chance that an officer was killed (Keep in mind they did not know the origin of the weapon.

  • Like somebody else said, pellet guns are guns. A non lethal or threatening weapon? First off, its still a WEAPON. Second off, he pointed it at OFFICERS. You seem like an unedicated reporter and it really it embarrasing.

  • Hes an 8th grader. It could have been a paintball gun, a cap gun, whatever. Shoot to disarm.

  • It is one thing to suffer from overbearing laws and excessive police force, but when you point a WEAPON at another armed man, you better be prepared to take your lumps, regardless of age.

  • Yeah, this is called suicide by cop. As far as this twit reporter's comment about the police not using 'take down' shots instead, that's just ridiculous. You either shoot to kill and destroy or you do not shoot at all. If you do not feel sufficiently threatened to use lethal force, you just don't use it. These officers were faced with a young man wielding a weapon that looked like it could kill them. Hell, I have a pellet gun that's certainly lethal within 100ft.

  • pellet guns are still guns.

  • What? If you're a cop and someone pulls a gun on you, you shoot, it's that simple. You don't walk up to them and put your eye to the mouth of the cannon to check whether it's a 9mm or a pellet gun.

That's how Elmer Fudd got shot in the head. Many times.

  • @VanguardTommy If so, even more shame because he had every opportunity to show regret or sadness here, and failed to do so.

  • the police were right in their actions, and right to offer no apology. The kid not only brought a realistic pellet gun to school, but he pointed it at the police. I'm just surprised he was only shot 3 times.

  • @DougieMcSpliff Did they at least say "we regret that he died" or something like that? The statement shown here is inadequate. You don't have to apologize if you took the right actions given the information, but you can still empathize that a child was killed.

  • whatever happened to shooting below the waistline??? are they saying that 3 bullets in the leg would not have stopped a 15 year old. these cops have seen too many movies and shoot 'em up games.

  • @SwizzLIAR there w.as NO "hea.d s.hot" N.IGG.A and you KNOW this.

  • @RBLA818 ...The Kremlin says the kid did not point the gun at them? Russians have lied so many times, that nothing they say is trustworthy. They don't even have reporters, so they don't witness anything. RT's "Reporters" are nothing but propaganda regurgitators. They stand in DC/NY and repeat what The Kremlin in Moscow tells them.

  • @RealityGrapple ...(...Rises for •Slow Clap•...) ...Hear, HEAR!!! EVERYthing you've just said is 2TRILL!! And trust me, you don't even have to tell me! Former colleagues of mine, from multiple positions, have been/are regular commentators "experts" on this show/"network" and it's a F'in JOKE...I honestly think most of these useful idiot viewers just enjoy being lied to, and riled-up by Putin and his minions...it gives their uber pathetic lives some (assumed) value.

  • Ok, it is a tragedy, I feel sorry for the boy's family, but the police was right... Here (Brazil) any kind of toy that looks like real guns are forbidden..

RT should also interview the parents of the other children too.

  • The Cops say the kid pointed the gun at them? Cops have lied so many times, that nothing they say is trustworthy. They keep reporters away so they won't witness anything. Today's Reporters are nothing but Stenographer. They stand blocks away and repeat what the cops tell them.

  • remember the columbine massacre involving 4 teens in 1999? THIS is why police officers did what they needed to do. Alyona see how debating works when a gun is drawn on you and the trigger is pulled. debate to these 4 teens who massacred their fellow students and peers. im sure those that died tried to get them to stop be pleading and debating!

  • Comment removed

  • @KuyaBrian873 it. w.as. 2. teens. Eri.c Har.ris. and .D.yla.n Kleb.old.

  • @KuyaBrian873 in columbine the police got the call "shots fired" so they cordoned off the area. and waited outside. sucking their thumbs. for 45 minutes. while people were dying inside. but when it was a pellet gun and no one was hurt they couldn't wait to take the head shot.

  • @SwissBullion the police, the school staff, and the teens' classmates and peers did not know till AFTER that the weapon was a pellet gun! and lets get this clear as i have said this before in the beginning of this topic. an officer shoots to kill. that is with every police officer in any nation. it's sad the boy died but it was his actions that lead him to his death.

  • look even his schoolmates and peers thought he had a real gun. no one knew it was pellet gun and so the police were called. they made contact and pointed their guns at him then told him to put the weapon down. he refused and proceeded to point the weapon at the officers and so assesing a life or death outcome in just less than a second the police reacted to fire and end it. the police did what needed to be done. it's only after they approched him and saw what he really had. yet still looked real

  • @VanguardTommy THAT is the most iditic response i've seen thus far. you fail

  • Love how they say on this show that the cops are part of the 99 percent and that we all should be working together and then turn around and bitch about how what they did here was police brutality. The kid looked like he had a real gun and he pointed it at the cops, this isn't Hollywood where we discuss our feelings. Cops are trained to shoot to kill if they have too and this kid left them no choice, they had innocents to protect and they did their jobs.

  • So where's the film of the incident, unreleased?

  • the kid had a gun that looked like the real thing pointing it at the cops after they asked him to drop it the kid wasnt smart enough to drop it the cops did it right

  • of course they wont apologise, it was a MALE that was carrying the fake weapon. i thought the perpatrater was always supposed to fire first?

  • @chowner ...That'll be the most amusing part...if they even choose to acknowledge this; as RT, Alyona (Male Mutilation) & Kristine (SD ComicCon) have been forced to in the past, with other faults. Even when these bitches are blatantly wrong, they always stop JUST short of admitting so. And then, still find a way to blame it all on the 'dismal', Russian pessimistic outlook on the current state of U.S. affairs; via their half-assed, Kremlin directed retraction. So...don't expect too much!!

  • How the fuck wud they know if the gun wasnt loaded with live ammo? And if someone pointed a gun at you wud u shoot or wud u wait to get shot?

  • @TheChemicAly wud the fuck

  • Stupid spic boy got what he deserved

  • @SouthernSalute how the fuck you figure that you idiot!?

  • @pyramidhead138 I figure that because too many fucking 3rd world trash are coming into america, the only immagration I want here is white immagration, and hell when ever i move to California Im gonna be at that border killing every fucking spic that comes across it

  • @SouthernSalute good point, they should send the illegals back to their country.........in bodybags!

  • @pyramidhead138 glad you see it my way, white revolution is the only solution

  • what.a.dumb.bitch

  • Lets put a pellet gun up the the news reporters head and watch her beg for her life. But don't worry the pellet gun can't harm anyone but she couldn't tell the difference. -_- ignorant reporter. The cops did what they had to do, who brings any kind of gun to a school? Come on.

  • @Warriorsauce I too agree with Alyona on almost everything, but it's not like the police wanted to shoot him. They thought they were in danger and did what they had to do.

  • Damn it Alyona, this may be the first time I've taken issue with your reporting. I commented several times earlier without checking on outside information.

According to an article from USA today though, there are a few important details you missed.

    1) People didn't just 'notice' Jaime with the gun. The Assistant principal called 911, and that call is available to hear online.

    2) He not only drew the gun in front of the officers, but then ran down the hall.

    3) He was shot with an assault rifle.

  • @Bringerofdeath9753 thank you good reporting and fact checking!

  • @SwissMiss ...Welp...maybe I wasn't talking to you either?? But, you've gone ahead and ASSumed I was, because you KNOW you are that much of a BITCH...so, that's on you, nigga!

  • I hate the police but they did the right thing, I would of done the same thing if someone of any age points what looks like a real gun at me.

  • @SwissMark ...This' AMERICA, nigga! We don't celebrate that Slavic-ass, January-ass Xmas-ass BULLshit...so, get the fuck-on with all o' that mess...you Kremlin shill.

  • @Y0UT00B3R1 I wasn't talking to you G money.

  • For the record i don't believe for one second that this kid pointed the pellet gun at police.

  • 15 year old in 8th grade?

  • Alyona - what the hell is wrong with your mind and objectivity!

Someone (any age) points a gun at you and refuses to drop it - thereby threatening your life! Are you OK with that? Do you not care if somebody kills you?

If you do value you life you do what the police did.

This is a dishonest story - shame on you and RT!

  • @trime1851 You actually believe the police report? How many times does someone have to watch videos of them planting drugs, tasing grandmothers or shooting unarmed people in order to think objectively without blind obedience to authority. Shame on you for being gullible sheep! Merry Christmas RT!!

  • Learn the facts bitch

  • Why don't we just like, start killing ALL these corrupt people? Would anyone really lose any sleep over it?

  • Cops got to use their guns! They are celebrating with the expensive stuff tonight!

  • Yup I was trained in 3 shot neutralization also 2 to the chest 1 to the head in a quick burst.

  • @MegaAnonFag - Sigh. Such a barrage of replies. I don't doubt your compassion and sincerity. Just your reality. Serial killers are typically cowards, stealth predators who present no imminent threat when they're apprehended. We agree, I think, that human brains aren't fully functional until about thirty or so - but that doesn't change the reality of a kid presenting a lethal threat, and fully capable of executing that threat. We need a Star Trek phaser, but we just don't have it.

  • That gun looked real and if I was those police officers I would not take a chance and get shot to find out if it was a real gun. I'm sorry but the police were doing the right thing trying to protect innocent people. Not all police are blood thirsty looking for a kill.

  • @MegaAnonFag - Look Megs - First - I despise people who click the spam button when they disagree - I don't know who "spammed" you but they need to stop. Second, perhaps you haven't watched National Geographic much, but very few animals carry firearms. And frankly, quite a few animals ARE killed when they present a clear risk. Third, we're not talking about toddlers here. A fifteen-year-old is fully capable of being as deadly with a firearm as a thirty-year-old.

  • @MegaAnonFag - Meggy - grow up. I deserve my kids because I taught them that the simple act of living has consequences. Sex? it has consequences like disease or pregnancy. Smoking? I tell my kids and grandchildren it will kill them. Driving drunk? Same thing. Pointing a gun at cops, especially in a school? Game over. I've been anesthetized by some very competent doctors - it's not instant, and people can die waiting for that tranq to take effect on a potential shooter.

  • @MegaAnonFag - Is it sad? No doubt. Is it wrong? I've got grandchildren school age - and if they present a deadly threat, I'll grieve like crazy, but a kid presenting with potentially deadly force has just written their last ticket. People would be screaming if it were a real gun, kids or teachers got shot, and the cops hadn't been decisive enough

  • @47f0 dont waste your breathe on him, he/she is a fool whom has never dealt with real life =/ he/she speaks only what he sees in movies and tv series

  • @47f0 ...Lulz...but, you're "an old white guy"...so you've already lost!? You' gonna get off of your virtual soapbox now? Having just @'ed niggas up in here too, to school ME on the same?? Nigga, please...Thanks for sharing your maternal & scat obsession and fetish with the rest of us, though...but, go fuck (...and, PLEASE keep those nasty Mommy-Poop fantasies to...) yo'self...ya ol' cracka-ass-cracka!!

  • @SwizzBEATbyY0UT00B3R1 ...I find your false insinuation, that I would not recognize, nor hold any interest in, both "mainstream news and" Russian Propaganda Fuckery, simply due to my urban linguistic upbringing both preposterous and highly insulting...(...wait...for...it...)...NIGGA!!!

  • If they're not lying about him pointing the (plastic pellet) gun at them, it sounds like it may have been suicide by cop. We'll probably never know though.

Commending them on shooting him in the back of the head and 2 other places, that's just disgusting. One shot to the torso is enough.

  • @gulllars - Yeah. Let me guess. You've seen a lot of movies where the super cop makes a precision shot to the shoulder to disarm the suspect, or better yet, just shoots the weapon neatly out of the suspect's hand. That would be cool.

    .

In the meantime, it just doesn't work that neatly in reality. Once police start shooting - and it seems they had reason to in this case, they're trained to use deadly force, which includes multiple rounds even if the subject has spun or turned.

  • @47f0 no, actually, that's not it at all. I've used firearms myself, from glock, to .45 magnum S&W, to MP5, to H&K AG3 (Fully automatic rifle using NATo 7.62x51mm ~= .308)

In a scenario like a school hall, firing a single torso shot, torso being within the rectangle formed by the hips and shoulders, is not hard at all, regardless of weapon. And if you use 9mm or .45 one bullet to the torso, or possibly 2 if you double-tap, incapacitates just about anyone not wearing armor.

  • @gulllars - I'm not bad with a gun either - on the range. And normal folks, frankly, will fold if you shoot them with a .22. Unfortunately, police shootings are A) not a gun-range scenario, B) may involve folks so freaking high they wouldn't notice a leg being shot off, and C) highly stressed - which is why cops are trained, once they've made that deadly force decision to shoot repeatedly, and to kill.

  • @47f0 true, i was talking of "normal" people with a median state of physiology. If high on drugs or adrenaline, even a fairly weak person can take a few bullets and keep moving. If highly trained and you have resolve, you can even continue to function rationally after taking bullets.

The point i'm making is a headshot from behind is unnecessary, and bullets to the back of the torso will drop even someone who is high very quickly (and they're not aiming at you then), and they could survive.

  • @47f0 a a second thought just occured to me, 2 bullets to the torso and 1 to the head is military style shoot to kill.

We were trained for this (in the Norwegian conscript training) with handguns, SMGs and rifles. The training included shoting the 2+1 quickly (less than 2 seconds, typically 1-1,5s) from an unprepared stance at short and medium range (10m (33ft) and 30m (100ft)), as well as in CQC melee range after using the weapon as a defending and hitting tool.

  • @VanguardTommy - 1) the age of the victim - huh? Because kids have never gone nuts and shot up their school, right? 2) you don't have much time to handle the situation after the trigger has been pulled. 3) The last think I want from a cop is some superhero mentality. Those are the most dangerous cops.

    .

There are some absolute pigs wearing badges - tasering a 12-year-old girl already in handcuffs comes to mind - that cop should be tasered in the nuts a few times. But this? Totally legit.

  • @47f0 cant say anything else. That would have been my response.

  • Lulz...@Sw1ssB1tch ...Who? 'Fuck outta here with all o' DAT BULLshit!! THE Y0UT00B3R1 don't 'flag' people or their comments, nigga...if anything, the ASS-hurt fanboys flag MY shit for being 2TRILL...'The fuck I'mma get "suspended" fo'?? Honesty? Lulz...You stupid BITCH!! . . . @bamb004tamesh1g1r1 ...Haha, by whom? Nigga, please...and, what...you' just still mad, 'cause you can't afford to get no cut up?? You broke-ass-BITCH!

  • @Y0UT00B3R1 Your ghetto verbiage is not congruent with someone interested in mainstream news and definitely not RT. You are a narc and a charlatan.

  • @Y0UT00B3R1 - What a boring little child troll. Did someone tell you that was amusing? Still trying to shock mommy just to get a reaction from her? Yeah. Keep going with that strategy - I'm sure you'll succeed some happy day. In the meantime, it's exactly like watching a three-year-old who's just learned if he says "poop" the grownups' eyebrows will go up. How pathetic.

  • damn corrupted cops

  • If the kid did really pointed the "gun" in the direction of the cops, i support the shoot to kill... Sorry kid but you died because you are an idiot...

The cops cannot know that it was a pellet gun and few meters away noone even an expert could see if it was real gun or a fake one...

  • Most "police officers" are not martial artists, they are idiots with guns.

  • Christian America the greatest country in the world.

(BEAN BAG OR RUBBER BULLETS) THE KID MAY HAVE BEEN SICK OF LIFE?

I bet GOD WILL FORGIVE THEM FINE OFFICERS FOR KILLING A LATINO????????

IF i DID THAT i WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO LIVE WITH MY sin

  • @c11towns - Please. This is about killing a Latino? I'm an old white guy who wears suits most of the time - but I'm pretty sure if I wave something that looks like a gun at a cop after I've been told to drop it, no less, that I'm going to have a pretty bad day.

    .

Look - there's plenty of police bigotry and abuse - tons of it. But screaming "race" every time just waters down the legitimate racial abuse cases and diminishes them.

  • @c11towns excuse me? "Christian America"? we are NOT a christian nation! maybe we were back in the early days of america but how seriously is the bible taken today?

  • Excessive force?

The kid brought a GUN to a SCHOOL.

They did what they are trained to do and protected the people in the school and themselves.

We rely on police for protection, and then give crap for doing their jobs.

    This video is ridiculous propaganda.

  • @NESurvivalPrep I agree. I think police should just shoot anybody breaking the law. Or anyone they suspect.

  • @notdonebefore

There is a big difference between shooting "anyone breaking the law" and "anyone they suspect" and shooting someone waving a damn gun around in a school.

(Your sarcasm is not lost on me. Sarcasm is my second language.)

  • The kid should not have took something that looks like a gun to school.

  • A pellet gun to the eye can kill you.

  • @Thrashaero It makes a HUGE difference, because it's just not true. Alyona Minkovski is an outright liar, and she knows it. He was not shot three times, and was not shot in the back of the head. Intentionally misreported here, to purposely and damningly allude towards an execution style shooting while he attempted to flee. He was shot twice in the chest, and the head wound was from the backwards fall. The autopsy report was released, prior to this RT "news"...

  • ...or, y'all can just take The Kremlin and their legion of duped, useful idiots' word for it otherwise...and just chock-this-up to some big ol' U.S., Obama's birth certificate, Osama's death, WTC7, HAARP cover-up/conspiracy...but, the FACT will always remain, that he was NOT shot in the back (or anywhere else) of the head. Yes, him being shot at ALL was already two too many...but, at least stick to the facts, and don't be clouded by the Russian Propaganda Fuckery, y'all.

  • @Y0UT00B3R1 STFU bitch, before you get hurt.

  • @bamboo4tameshigiri Y0UT00B3R1 is a sponsored troll trying to get people flagged, just ignore him. He uses racial slurs with impunity and his account is never suspended.

  • @Y0UT00B3R1 and whats all that bullshit have to do with this video?

  • i hate cops as much as the next man, but this is silly Alyona.... if he pointed a gun at me i would have shot him too.. yes it's unfortunate that it turned out to be a bb gun, but honestly....

  • @SysFail1 Thankfully someone else has some sense here, it's not like they knew for sure it wasn't a real gun.

  • I think the officers had good reason to shoot, I would think it was a real gun too, not their fault the kid was too stupid to know 1) not to bring the gun to school and 2) not point it at armed officers. At first I thought this was going to be another story of racist officers shooting a minority kid unnecessarily but after watching I agree and also commend the officers, sorry but you can't blame them for the kids dumb choices, they were only protecting themselves and those around them.

  • @enacra101 they didnt have to kill him you fucking idiot

  • @ExpressiveBeats They shot him to diffuse what they felt was a threatening situation, the fact that he died was just a result of that. No matter how you put it, I'm right, cry me a river. Bye

  • @ExpressiveBeats

very sad when anyone dies by police. I mean my TAX dollars going towards LATE Term Abortion BY POLICE

the kid was sick and was scared/panic attack??

  • Wow, a Darwin Award winner so early in the year!

  • I have lost my faith in humanity.

  • @FlamingGamingLive who HASNT?

  • @MegaAnonFag ...Yeah...and what "time", exactly, was that? 1912?? Welcome to the 21st c., Fag!! The times done changed...And, stop fuckin' perpetuating Alyona and The Kremlin's falsehoods that this kid was shot in "the back of the head from some crazed Cop." Because he wasN'T, and you know this. Your BULLshit sounds a lot better when you speak on facts, not Russian lies. Talk ALL day about how he was shot in his chest by cops...but please stop lying, nigga.

  • @Y0UT00B3R1 i don't think it makes much of a difference. he was shot 3 times and he died. how do you know he wasn't shot in the head?

  • If someone points a gun at me I will make the exact same split second decision and shoot the kid dead, I do not see why the police are to blame in this situation at all.

  • @GigaBoost that's because you're a paranoid idiot. i believe in self defense, but not necessarily to kill. i'd shoot to remove the threat. killing isn't always required, dumbass.

  • @911vado ...Lulz!! Nigga...comin' from you...that don't mean SHIT!! YOU' the one, up in here, tryna talk about pedos...with comments from YT users on yo' shit about pedos...and obsessing over other's vids of their children...that is just some red-pedo-flag-wavin' shit, nigga!? You down with NAMBLA?? You sick-ass, perv...

  • I agree with the officers with them shooting because it did look like a real gun, but shooting him in the head? really?

  • @MegaAnonFag i am not making any excuses for any one and yes they should go after the maker of the guns. I think its very sad and would never wish this on anyone. There are many things that could have prevented this tragity. I think the schools should have security and one door to get in and one door to get out there should be no reason why this child had the gun in that school.

  • @911vado ...Nigga...you' STILL here? Poppin'-off about fuckin' Water guns?? Just admit that you're wrong, and an ass. And, stop bothering poor yellowzoot and his vids, you non-"pedafile"-spellin' pedophile; with your lame, tired-ass "...what if..." fuckery!

  • @Y0UT00B3R1 lol you fail so bad at life
