Part of the reason they went 0-16 is because they're in the toughest divisions in NFL history and they had Jon Kitna as QB. Cut them some slack! The Packers ruled the 60's-70's, the Bears 80's, then the Packers again in the 90's and then all three packers, bears, vikings in the 2000's. Now its the Lions turn to dominate or at least stand out in a good way in their division.

@haynes1776 I'm a sportswriter and I think so. Not only is the curse of Bobby Layne up, but this kid Stafford... He's something else. I think with some help, this team can become a contender. Look up Stafford vs the Browns. He throws a last second touchdown with a separated shoulder.
