There is no such thing as a 'teacup' Pom, a 'micro teacup' Pom either. Poms have one standard; 3 to 7 lbs. Everything above or below that is still, JUST a Pom. They are simply larger or smaller than they should be.

Do not let anyone tell you that a 'teacup' Pom is worth more. They are not. They, generally, will have health issues and likely shorter lives. They should also NEVER be bred!!!

Educate yourself before purchasing a Pom from anyone!

@InuaKennels I agree with you, but I remember as a kid seeing them advertised in a teacup as babies when I was a kid. I'm nearly 70 yo now and they still do it. On average the 5 that we had weighed 6 or 7 pounds. They need a health check for bad knees and the like because their legs are so tiny.

Don't buy these inbred dogs! There's no such thing as a toy or teacup breed when it comes to chihuahuas and pomeranians...all lies! They're bred with the only care to make money. These super small dogs are easily hurt because their skeletal structure is so small and frail, and can easily hurt themselves just by jumping off a COUCH! They will also have a short life filled with health problems due to their small underdeveloped underpowered organs. DON'T BUY!

Mine is actually smaller. She is 2 pounds with about a half of pound of fur, and she is 3 years old and full grown. These are really cute thought too. My pom can't bark tho, it is phisically impossible for her.
