I would have loved to have told Marlon Brando a bedtime story.

I always knew DRS was a remake of sorts of bedtime Story, but I never realised until now how closely the scripts corresponded.... Brando was of course the great acting titan, but his comic timing can't beat that of Martin: ("I'll have a double turkey sandwich on white, one of those large knockwursts, a bag o' potato chips..." etc)

I was watching this movie today and had to stop halfway through, because my laughter was bothering everyone else in the house lol. SO FUNNY especially when Shirley Jones enters the picture!!

Both films you will see his amazing acting, he is a genius.

But watching this is painful, Steve Martin was a way better Freddy Benson & Michael Caine was a better Lawrence Jamieson.
