I did this when i was in fifth grade, but the change was different... They used strobe lights and a fog machine && a teacher was behind the curtains helping Cinderella change into her dress, while the godmother was distracting the audience. But this was cute too =]

@levansrn Yeah it's totally possible. I was the Fairy Godmother in my school musical. Taking Cinderella and getting her changed into a new dress in less than 15 seconds is no easy feat, but it is possible (and fun...it's like a challenge! :-) )
